ผมไม่ได้วางแผนที่จะพักโรงแรมที่ใกล้สนามบินฮัมบูร์กแต่เนื่องจากเที่ยวบินล่าช้า ผมได้จองห้องพักที่ Courtyard นาทีสุดท้าย ฉันประหลาดใจที่ห้องพักซึ่งฉันพบว่าค่อนข้างดีสําหรับมาตรฐานโรงแรมสนามบินหรือสําหรับ Courtyard ใดๆ ในเรื่องนี้ โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากสนามบินเพียง 1 กม และมีทางเดินทําให้เดินได้พอสมควรถ้ากระเป๋าเดินทางไม่หนักเกินไปท้าทายที่โดดเดี่ยวคือมีเนินเล็กๆ ให้ปีนเพราะทางผ่านเหนือถนนอีกสายนึง โรงแรมมีรถรับส่งบริการทุก 30 นาที แต่มีเฉพาะช่วงเช้าและเย็น ไม่ใช่ช่วง 12 โมงเย็น ๆ ดิฉันปรากฏตัวที่โรงแรมหลังจากจองห้องพักเพียง 15 นาที และได้รับการอัพเกรดเป็นห้องสวีทอย่างแข็งขันเป็นแขกของ Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador Elite เรียบร้อยแล้ว พนักงานต้อนรับอัธยาศัยดี สุภาพบุรุษ สุภาพบุรุษ สุภาพสตรี อัธยาศัยดี สุภาพบุรุษ สุภาพสตรี อัธยาศัยดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส พนักงานต้อนรับดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส ห้องพักดูดีมากตามมาตรฐานแบรนด์ Courtyard และคงไม่มีอะไรติดลบให้สังเกตนอกจากบางทีแอร์ดับในช่วงหน้าหนาวแต่ห้องร้อนมากเลยต้องเปิดหน้าต่างเพื่อรับอากาศสดชื่น ที่จะเปิดหน้าต่างแบบนี้ น่าสนใจ มีหน้าต่างสองบานเลย เก็บเสียง (ตอนปิด) แย่มาก อยากให้โรงแรมสนามบินมากกว่านี้มีหน้าต่างคุณภาพสูงแบบนี้ ผมไม่ได้เป็นปกติของโรงแรม Courtyard แต่จํานวนน้อยมากที่ผมพักนั้น ค่อนข้างยุ่งยากในการจัดการอาหารเช้าของ Marriott หรือ สิทธิประโยชน์ด้านอาหารสําหรับแขก Platinum และข้างต้น และโรงแรมนี้ไม่มีข้อยกเว้น ้าขอรับbenefit food & drink คนละ 10 EUR ต่อวันแทนที่จะเป็นจุดต้อนรับ บางทีนี่อาจจะเป็นมาตรฐานของซีซีเลย แต่พอถามว่า เอาบัตรเครดิตทั้งคืนมารวมเป็น order ที่ทําในวันเดียวได้ไหม ตอบว่า ไม่มีเครดิตเป็นแค่วันต่อวันและไม่สามารถนํามาคืนอีกคืนได้ วันสุดท้ายไม่ได้วางแผนจะสั่งอะไรเลยจริงๆ เลย เข้าไปดื่มที่บาร์ แต่ปิดตอนบ่าย และจะเปิดแค่ 5 โมงเย็น ๆ พนักงานต้อนรับบอกเลยว่าขอใช้เครดิตไวน์หรือเบียร์จากแพนทรีแถว reception ได้ นั่นเป็นตัวเลือกของผม อย่างไรก็ตาม เช้าวันรุ่งขึ้นเมื่อเดินทางกลับไม่ได้ยื่นเครดิตเพราะบอกว่าแพนทรีไม่มีสิทธิ์รับเครดิต(ไม่เหมือนที่ดิฉันได้รับแจ้ง) หลังจากคุยกันก็เอาค่าชาร์จไป แต่รวมๆ แล้ว มันยุ่งยากมากสําหรับผู้บริหารเรื่องเครดิตนี้เมื่อเทียบกับโรงแรมที่เพียงแค่ให้อาหารเช้าฟรีแบบง่ายๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ในทฤษฎีมีหลายสถานการณ์ที่ฉันชอบเครดิตมากกว่าเพราะอาจจะไม่อยากทานอาหารเช้าของโรงแรมเลยไม่ขัดกับคอนเซปแต่การประมวลผลดูเหมือนจะขาด กรณีใดๆ ครั้งนึงที่สั่ง room service คุณภาพอาหารยอดเยี่ยม โดยรวมโรงแรมค่อนข้างดีสําหรับ Courtyard ใกล้สนามบิน และฉันสามารถแนะนําสําหรับการพักระยะสั้นระหว่างเที่ยวบิน ไม่ค่อยมีการแข่งขันจากเครือโรงแรมใหญ่ใกล้สนามบิน HAM เห็น Radisson แต่นั่นแหละ ค่อนข้างมาก ดังนั้นเมื่อกลับมา HAM ก็จะจองห้องพักที่ CY อีกแบบโดยไม่คิดอะไรอีก
