บริการดี สามารถฝากกระเป๋าไว้ให้เราหลังเช็คเอาท์ ห้องพักสะอาด ทำเลที่ตั้งไม่ค่อยดีนัก แต่สามารถขึ้นรถบัสไปสถานี HBF ได้ อาหารเช้าดี แต่ตัวเลือกควรปรับปรุง

โดยรวมแล้วเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดี โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ห่างจากใจกลางเมืองโดยใช้เวลาเดิน 10 นาที มีป้ายรถเมล์หน้าโรงแรมจากตัวเมืองที่เข้าถึงได้ง่าย โรงแรมสะอาดเรียบร้อยและพนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก อาหารเช้าดีและบรรยากาศโดยรวมเงียบสงบ ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือหมอน นุ่มเกินไปและไม่สบายสำหรับการนอนหลับพักผ่อน

Great stay — second time and still amazing I had another wonderful stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Hamburg — this was actually my second time here. The first time I stayed with my mother, and this time with my fiancée, and both experiences have been consistently great. The service is excellent. The staff are always smiling, very kind, and extremely polite, which really makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Everything about the hotel feels lovely and well taken care of. The gym is nice and well-equipped, perfect if you want to keep up your routine while traveling. Breakfast is amazing — plenty of options and everything fresh and tasty, definitely one of the highlights of the stay. The location is also fantastic. It’s close to public transport (there’s a tram stop nearby), making it easy to get around the city. There’s also a great falafel/döner spot close by if you’re looking for a late-night snack, which was a fun bonus. Plus, it’s very close to Westfield, where you can enjoy the scenery and find lots of nice restaurants and shops. Overall, an amazing stay once again. Thank you to the whole team — I’ll definitely be back.

Hotel a little far from hbf rooms are clean and eorkers friendly

Room is spacious and clean, everything basic provided. Bed , Pillow, Mattress and Blanket are comfortable. Water heater and water pressure is good. Breakfast quite standard not but a lot of variety. Overall a good experience.

Clean and modern & new hotel near to the city center, garage and rich breakfast.

Walkable distance to HH HBF. Decent breakfast but crowded.
