We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Residence am Hauptbahnhof. The reception staff were very kind and friendly, which made the check-in and overall experience very welcoming. The breakfast was also great with a good variety and quality. However, one thing to keep in mind is that to reach the first floor and the elevator, you need to climb a set of stairs, which might be inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Overall, a good experience, especially thanks to the warm hospitality.

The room was ok but the surrounding leading to the room was unkempt. Didn't feel safe staying there. Had to book another place immediately that night.

NEVER NEVER STAY HERE! the hotel is awful, old, dirty, after finding a COCKROACH in the room, we aligned with the reception and hotel manager Noori booking cancellation and 100% refund due to absolutely unsatisfactory HYGINE conditions and moved to another hotel. But then, when we already left the city, the hotel refused to return the money!! the Staff is lying and deceiving you, there is zero service you will find. The district is also AWFUL, with homeless people sleeping on the street around the hotel. very long stairs you have to climb with your luggage to reach an elevator and get to your room. STAY AWAY from this rubbish heap and find a better place to stay!!!!

Close to the main train station. But also in some shady neighbourhood. Good enough to stay over night to catch a train the next day

Es war schön in diesem Hotel zu übernachten, halt nur, dass Licht im Zimmer zu dunkel war

這家酒店的樓下服務員非常客氣。就店的衞生乾淨整潔。樓下整條街都是買吃的，水果特別多多。關鍵是離火車站不遠，S、U地鐵就在路口，太方便啦！👍👍👍

Poderia colocar tudo negativo exceto da localização. Hotel que não recomendo para ninguém. Quero esquecer lo. Tanto que fiz a reserva para três noite e não foi possível ficar dez minutos no quarto com tamanha nojeira observada. Pedi cancelamento que não me reembolsaram (terei que buscar meus direitos) e ainda bem que tive a capacidade de buscar outro hotel a noite e sorte de está em cidade Gde. Sobre a trip.com hotel ainda não me deu o feedbacks sobre o ocorrido.

環境：周邊環境不大好，交通便利

Die Location ist sehr zentral nahe des Hauptbahnhofs, preislich unschlagbar. Man ist schnell mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in Hamburg unterwegs. Könnten es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Alle mobile ist so alt und WC total kaputt 👎🏻

位置好找！周邊小超市多，採買方便！內部樓層比較複雜，電梯在二樓，需要拖着行李爬一層樓梯！
