It was very nice and the staff were very friendly as well. No frills, comfortable and clean hotel.

Clean Hotel and affordable price. All good.

This was a bit in the suburbs, but worth the trip out. The train was quite close and the staff were really welcoming. Would stay again.

simple is the best!!

Nel complesso un'esperienza positiva. Ottima la colazione. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e unica cosa negativa: non hanno pulito la camera il secondo giorno ,non hanno cambiato gli asciugamani e non hanno rifatto i letti.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel, die Zimmer sauber, klein, aber alles was man braucht, war da. Service ist gut, die Lage auch gut. Frühstück, sehr abwechslungsreich, wir haben nichts vermisst, für jeden war was dabei. Das Hotel ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Das Zimmer war von der Ausstattung und der Größe passend. Leider war der Boden unter den Nachtkästen und auch die freie Fläche in den Nachtkästen sehr staubig.

Das Zimmer war nur oberflächlich gereinigt. Auf dem Boden lagen lange Haare. Nicht gesaugt. Bei Anreise fehlten die Handtücher für die 3. Person. Frühstück war sehr, sehr einfach. Wir steigen regelmäßig, deutschlandweit in B+B Hotels ab. Dieses Frühstück war sehr grenzwertig.

Der Service ist top. Sehr freundliches Personal. Was mir auf dem Zimmer gefehlt hat war ein Wasserkocher und Tee, Zucker und Becher damit man sich noch einen Tee machen kann wenn man möchte. Der Getränkeautomat im Erdgeschoss hatte leider nur eine sehr begrenzte Auswahl. Und ich habe einen Zimmersafe vermisst. Die Lage ist in Ordnung. Man ist mit dem ÖPNV innerhalb von 30 min im Stadtzentrum und auch am Theater am Großmarkt.

The double room we had was not equipped for two people. There is only place for the towel of one person. Also there is no electric kettle for tea and the reception couldn't help out and borrow one.

This hotel is very convenient for both the airport (about 15 mins) and the Hauptbahnhof (main station - about 8 mins) and is just a short walk from Wandsbeker Chaussee S Bahn station. The U Bahn station is also next door to the S Bahn. Top tip is to buy the Wochenkarte @ €29 (in the hvv Welcome Center at the airport) if you are there for a few days or up to a week because it covers all of Hamburg U and S Bahn, ferries and buses and also some of the Regional trains (e.g. as far as Lüneburg which is well worth a visit). Check in was friendly and welcoming. Room is compact and quite cleverly designed with a small but functional bathroom. Beds were comfortable but very narrow (be careful when you turn over during the night!) and the duvet was also not very large. "Wardrobe" space is a bit limited but adequate for a short stay. It seems odd that you have to pre-order breakfast the day before so in the end we didn't but instead went to the little café in the Edeka supermarket (Mon to Sat only) nearby which has a nice selection of breakfast offers at fair prices. Overall a good base for exploring Hamburg and surroundings and conveniently located.
