Ich kenne das Hotel aus früheren Zeiten, als es noch zu einer anderen Hotelkette gehörte. Zuletzt war ich 2011 hier. Seither hat sich einiges verändert. Diesmal war ich zu einem kurzen Städtetrip mit meinem kleinen Kind hier. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das durchweg freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Absolut überdurchschnittlich positiv! Was mich hier diesmal gestört hat (und dieser Teil geht in Richtung Management) war das karge und verlebte Zimmer. Es fühlte sich ungemütlich Krankenhauszimmer artig an, jedoch leider nicht so sauber. Es waren Flecken an den Wänden, Risse im Bett und auch das Badezimmer hatte die besten Zeiten hinter sich. Die Bettdecken rochen unangenehm verbraucht. Hier ist mM nach dringend renovierungsbedarf. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist top und auch der Saal ist ansprechend und sauber.

Stayed in a single room, then switched to a 6 man dorm on the final night as it was Sunday and was expecting it to be very quiet. The single rooms are spartan and there is not even a chair, just some little stuffed stool. The issue in Hamburg is that accomdation is expensive in the city. For the same money, you could stay at a very nice 3 star hotel in many European cities! The 6 man dorm seemed quiet and ok, and then I noticed the issues. There were beer stains on the floor that acted as adhesive for my shoes. Crumbs and discarded sweet rappers in and around the bed. I had the room to myself so didn't complain. Settled for a decent night's rest. That's when someone came in at midnight (Sunday) and loudly stomped around, turning on all of the lights. They then took a shower and took their merry time settling into bed... For the price the rooms are not up to scratch. However, there aren't many ”cheaper” alternatives in Hamburg and the hostel (that charges hotel prices) know this. The check-in service was tedious and there's a queue at check in time. When I switched rooms to the 6 man dorm I said I wanted an early checkin to the that room if possible, and on the quiet side of the building (non motorway). They said no problem. Then, when I went to the room, it was of course on the noisy side. Went back and had to wait a couple hours longer before I could access the quieter room that I had asked for. The customer service is not great. They'll ask for your booking number even after you tell them your name. I did not feel like digging around for the number so I said my name and they searched for it (much to their distain probably).

Zum Preis ist das Hotel ganz okay. Das beste ist die Lage: etwa 5 Minuten zur S-Bahn und zur U-Bahn, etwa 100 m zu dem Supermarkt, der Drogerie, dem Apotheker und ganz viele Restaurants (z.B. vietnamesisches, persisches, libanesisches, türkisches) Aber bestimmt ist das Hotel nicht perfekt. Der Schreibtisch im Zimmer ist winzig und es fehlt ein Stuhl. Es gibt nur zwei Polsterhocker. So unbequem! Es gibt keinen Eisenbügel, Kaffeemacher oder Wasserkocher. Abends ist das Esszimmer bzw. Gemeinschaftraum geschlossen. Also keinen Platz für eine Besprechung oder außerhalb dem Zimmer zu arbeiten. Aber wenn man vorhat, im Zimmer nur zu schlafen und baden, dann geht es ganz gut.

คุ้มค่าคุ้มราคามากใกล้สวนสัตว์.. ถึงแม้จะไม่ใช่โรงแรมชั้นหนึ่งแต่เราคิดว่าได้คุ้มราคากับห้องพักที่กว้างขวางและสะอาดและที่จอดรถสะดวก(ซึ่งไม่ใช่ที่จัดไว้ที่ Hamburg)... อาหารเช้าก็โอเคเช่นกัน :-)

เราพบโรงแรมเล็ก ๆ ที่ยอดเยี่ยมแห่งนี้ใน New Wulmstorf และเรามีความสุขมากที่ได้พบบ้านที่สวยงามและอร่อย ห้องพักกว้างขวางตกแต่งอย่างดีและสะอาดอย่างแน่นอน แม้ว่าห้องของเราจะอยู่บน Bundesstraße แต่เราไม่ได้รับอะไรจากถนนเนื่องจากหน้าต่างกระจกหลายบาน ห้องพักมีเครื่อง Nespresso ขนาดเล็กเพื่อให้คุณสามารถชงกาแฟในตอนเช้าและเพลิดเพลินกับมันบนเตียงอย่างผ่อนคลาย ห้องน้ําก็ตัดได้ดีเช่นกัน ฝักบัวที่มีประตูกระจกมีขนาดใหญ่และไม่มีน้ําไหลออกมาเมื่ออาบน้ํา - น่าเสียดายที่โรงแรมหลายแห่งมักจะเกิดขึ้น พนักงานมีอายุน้อยสุภาพและช่วยเหลือดี เนื่องจากญาติของเราอาศัยอยู่ใกล้ๆ เราจะมาเยือนโรงแรมที่น่ารื่นรมย์แห่งนี้บ่อยขึ้นอย่างแน่นอน

ผมมาจาก 1 - 2 ในโรงแรม Intercityhotel Hamburg-Barmbek ที่สวยงาม เราได้รับการต้อนรับจากพนักงานต้อนรับที่ค่อนข้างหนุ่ม เธอมีความเป็นมืออาชีพมากและเป็นกันเองโดยเฉพาะ คุณรู้สึกดีอยู่แล้ว ขอใน 3 พื้นห้องเต็มไปด้วยวิวที่สวยงาม ห้องเฟอร์นิเจอร์สวยงามมีขนาดถูกใจ(เราสังเกตุเห็นประเภทราคาถูกที่สุด) เตียงนอนนุ่มสบายมากทําให้เราฝันถึงความงาม ีแม้กระทั่ง Sky Sport / Bundesliga สําหรับผู้ชายอาจจะสนใจ อีกทั้งมินิบาร์ที่มีขวดน้ําฟรีก็กระโดดเข้าตาเรา คุ้มค่าการชมมาก! แถมยังมีเรนชาวเวอร์ที่สุดยอด! มงโก้ อย่างเดียวคือ เครื่องปรับอากาศซึ่งได้ตั้งไว้แล้วที่ -1 องศาเซลเซียสตอนมาถึง แต่ก็สามารถปรับได้เป็นรายๆ สิ่งที่เรารู้สึกบวกด้วยคือมีตั๋วรถตู้ฟรีสําหรับผู้เข้าพักแต่ละโรงแรม รวมๆ นี้ดีมาก เพราะเราไปมิวสิค 'Wicked' ตอนเย็น และเราสามารถขับรถไปโรงละครเวทีใหม่ Flora ได้สะดวก ไปสถานีรถไฟก็ใช้เวลาไม่เกิน 2 นาทีจากโรงแรม โดยทั่วไปแล้วที่นี่เป็นโรงแรมกลางที่ดีมาก มาที่จุดสําคัญอย่างเดียว และอาหารเช้า ซึ่งปัจจุบันเสนอในราคาคนละ 17 ยูโร เสียดายที่เราผิดหวังมากในจุดนั้น ส่วนใหญ่เพราะเราจ่ายร่วมกันในตอนแรก 51 ยูโร สําหรับมัน ขนมปังแข็งมากๆ ช้อนก็แห้งและไม้ก็ปรากฏว่าไม่ได้ทําเอง สําหรับราคานี้ถือว่าไม่ดีเลย นี่แจ้งที่รีเซฟชั่นด้านล่างแล้วยังโดนตําหนิจริงจังมาก ผู้หญิงก็เป็นน้องพนักงานต้อนรับและยังเป็นกันเองมากๆ . หลังจากที่เราถามถึงการเข้าพักที่นี่ตอนนี้เราได้รับการคืนเงินอย่างเป็นกันเองสําหรับอาหารเช้าและตั๋วจอดรถ คุณไม่สามารถทําให้การแย่งกันที่บริการได้จริงๆ ขอบคุณพนักงานและพนักงานที่เป็นกันเองและเป็นมืออาชีพมาก!

TLDR: New aparthotel, near subway We stayed at Aparthotel Adagio Access Hamburg in June-July. Had a family studio for four. Everything is just like in pictures, this a brand new hotel (and it’s not in progress anymore). Our view was on subway side and it was peaceful. We had windows wide open on nights when kids slept and they didn’t notice anything. Location is not in the middle of everything, but it’s between two subway stations (Lübecker Straße and Uhlandstraße). Many visitors seemed to have their cars with them (there is parking space), but we were interrailing and this worked well for us, too. Check out 9 am day tickets! Stayed almost a week. There’s Rewe and Aldi supermarkets nearby and also restaurants (eg. Domino’s). The hotel has basic kitchen appliances + Nescafe machine. You can also loan other kitchen appliances (toaster, coffee machines, rice cookers etc) from the reseption. There is also free air hockey that you can play after 4 pm. There is a small gym (for free) downstairs and laundry machine (you need coins, 4 €/load). You get coffee and tea for free from breakfast area (even though you didn’t buy breakfast, we didn’t), but there’s milk (for latte, hot chocolate etc) only during the breakfast time. Only thing was that our room was next to elevators and the door before them is surprisingly light, and made a sound to our wall every time someone used it. And as we stayed a little longer and cleaning during the stay wasn’t included, it would have been nice if there was a vacuumcleaner or something to loan for cleaning (we loove Hamburg’s spielplätze and most of them have lots of sand….). But this are sooooo little, all of our family said 5/5 and want to stay again. All in all, good choice. Kids loved. Quiet place, good service.
