Newly renovated, spacious, clean, and comfortable room.. This hotel is undergoing some renovation and some guests may not be too keen with the retrofitting activities. I received a surprise upgrade due to some earlier issues with the check-in process; much appreciated.

The most fancy hotel with a fully affordable price. Beautiful design both in the hotel and inside the rooms. A whole fridge of 5 bottles of free drink feels out of this world. Receptionists are friendly and helpful. However be careful when you search on the Google map, really put the hotel's full address to avoid confusion as Google maps might take you to a nearby place within the same hotel group and the parking entrance is not easy to find if you are a pedestrian. The proper front door opens to a beautiful street that takes you right to the town centre though.

The location of the hotel is good. The room is large and the bed huge, and very comfortable, although I would rather have had 2 single beds as was travelling with my son. The bed only had one pillow and one single duvet despite the booking was for 2 people. We found another pillow and duvet in the wardrobe but I do feel the room should have been set up for 2 people. The free drinks in the fridge was nice, but the fridge was not cold, there was also no way to open the drinks but we asked at reception and they provided a bottle opener. The shower in the bathroom was broken so you had to hold it to shower as it did not stay in the holder. The bathroom was clean but did smell damp. There was chilled water, sweets and pastries to help yourself to at the reception. The check out was midday which is great but it was rather a shock at 11.55am when just finishing packing in the bedroom someone tried to enter the room with no knocking or warning, this really is not acceptable.

The location of the hotel is excellent, but the rooms had a bad odor. While the rooms themselves are spacious and nicely appointed, the unpleasant smell detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, check-in was problematic, as our room wasn't ready until 4:30 PM. On the other hand, they are strict about check-out times and charged extra for an additional hour.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, sauberes und großes Zimmer mit  freien Getränken in der Zimmerbar Ben Einzug. . Das Hotel wird gerade renoviert (Stand Juli 26). Daher ist mit ein paar Einschränkungen zu rechnen.

Bitte informieren Sie vor der Buchung Ihre Gäste ehrlich, wenn kein Aufzug funktioniert und Renovierungsarbeiten in einer chaotischen Situation laufen. Außerdem wäre es sinnvoll, einen Vorhang am Toilettenfenster anzubringen...

Zuerst mal zum Zimmer. ein stark abgenutztes Parkett, im Badezimmer war die Duschhalterung locker. Am nächsten Morgen um 7:15 Uhr klopft es an der Zimmertür, nachdem ich geöffnet habe kam die Frage wann wir gedenken auszuchecken. Wir haben doch bis 12:00 Uhr zeit dafür. Sind sie nicht vom Kegelverein? war die nächste Frage. Nein sind wir nicht! Tür zu ohne Entschuldigung. Um 8:35 Uhr , wir waren gerade am Anziehen, schließt eine männliche Person von außen ohne Vorwarnung einfach die Tür auf. Meine Frau saß mit freien Oberkörper auf dem Bett. Tür wieder zu ohne eine Entschuldigung. Also nicht noch einmal. Zu Hause stellten wir fest das wir ein kleines Kissen vergessen hatten. Auf Nachfrage wollte man es uns nachsenden zum Preis von 20,00€ . Ich hab dann lieber eine Person aus meiner Verwandtschaft gebeten das Kissen zu holen und mir zu senden

Unordnung wegen Renovierungsarbeiten, das Zimmer war sauber, aber renovierungsbedürftig.

地理位置優越，就在步行街上，離火車站很近，出行非常方便。酒店周邊有很多超市餐廳可供選擇，不過入口比較不起眼容易錯過。 房間寬敞，設施稍微老舊，衞生條件還不錯。 酒店前台不是全天有人，自助退房。前台服務態度很好，總體是性價比不錯。

哈雷多是德國有名的寵物友好酒店，帶着家裡的🐱出行，來這裡是放心的，酒店環境各方面也都算還可以，在中檔酒店中算是算是方便舒適的。

J'ai du annuler ma réservation au dernier moment car voyage changé et donc cet établissement ne pouvait plus convenir. Je n'ai pas été remboursé, lamentable. Nous avons la descendance de prévenir, et bien non, encore un établissement qui se fait de l'argent facilement.

凱賓斯基摘牌換的，硬件在哈勒算很好了，有點舊了，總的還不錯
