ประสบการณ์น้ำพุร้อนที่ดีมาก แม้ว่าโรงแรมจะค่อนข้างห่างไกล แต่รถบัสวิ่งตรงจากสถานี Gora หากคุณไปก่อนเวลา คุณสามารถจองรถรับส่งไปรับคุณที่สถานี Gora ได้ มีรถบัส 2 คันในเวลา 14.45 น. และ 15.45 น. คุณสามารถเดินทางไปยังสถานี Gora ได้โดยตรงในขากลับในวันถัดไป พนักงานบริการเป็นกันเองและใส่ใจในการแนะนำสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในบ้านมาก น้ำพุร้อนมีทั้งในร่มและกลางแจ้ง มีสระน้ำพุร้อนอยู่กลางแจ้งหลายแห่ง และไม่มีผู้คนมากนัก ดังนั้น คนหนึ่งคนสามารถมีสระเดียวได้ ซึ่งจะช่วยหลีกเลี่ยงความอาย อาหารเช้าและอาหารเย็นค่อนข้างเยอะ ประสบการณ์การพัก 1 คืนและอาหาร 2 มื้อดีมาก 😆

Excellent staff, clean and comfortable room. They tried their best to communicate with us by English, and explain the information clearly, even when dining, a young staff explained each of the cuisine with details. The food is satisfied. I rly enjoy staying at this hotel and I will visit again when I come to Hakone in the next trip!

location is quiet but remote, hotel facilities not that much, do hot spring only and no others. the worse comment is on the showering room, there is no any curtains or blinds for the glass doors, we can through either from balcony or from wash basin area!! really feel uncomfortable when do showering!! The food quality is not surprising! with this room rate, we could have other better choices for sure !

Beautiful hotel, quiet & tranquil. Loved the onsen and the service is impeccable especially Mr Tam at F&B. Would go back again. Highly recommended

The resort was nestled in a cozy area about 40 mins from Hakone Yumeto station, and it felt like we were transported into a different world once we stepped in the entrance. Service was impeccable, the room was very comfortable, and the private onsen was a nice touch to add to the overall comfort of the living experience. Half board meals were provided at breakfast and dinner, and these were the highlight of our experience! Every dish fit beautifully into the menu, and we were salivating with each different course that the staff served up.

Had a delightful stay at the ryokan. The rooms are quite impeccable with the smell of the hinoki filling the room, it was quite heavenly. We chose the room with the outdoor bath. And given the cool weather, our bathing experience was amazing. The location was also perfect if you are making a trip to the Sengokuhara Susuki Pampas Grass fields, which is such a scenic spot and of which we enjoyed walked to and through in the setting sun. We also opted to have dinner at the ryokan, who specially made it Halal-friendly for us. What's most amazing to us regarding the ryokan was the service. We had a Nepalese staff speaking with us most of the time, as he was the best in English. He personally brought us to our room and even gave an introduction to the room, and what we needed to take note off. After we checked out, he enquired how we were making our way to the train station. There was conveniently located bus stop just outside the ryokan, so we were going to take that. On our way out, he drove out and stopped along the road beside us (good thing there was no traffic) and to our utter surprise offered to drive us to the train station. We found out that he was actually knocking off, but instead of going straight home to rest (before his next shift in the evening), he wanted to drive us to the station. We were exceptionally touched at his extremely kind gesture (as we didn't think it was hotel protocol to do so). Nonetheless, his actions left us a beautiful and lasting impression on the ryokan. Would definitely go again for the luxurious experience!

這次箱根之旅第一滿意的酒店📸 bus station就在酒店的門口 酒店的對面還有一家全家 這可太適合吃貨了 每天都大買特買很多零食 跟小姐妹每天都很快樂 累了就去泡温泉 房間裏有整套的洗漱用品 浴巾浴袍 拖鞋🩴 温泉每天都會男女輪換 靠裡麪的風景比較漂亮 每天都泡温泉♨️感覺全身都輕鬆了 皮膚變好了很多 推薦推薦 下次還會再來🕹️

女士們要小心一點哦，晚上12點，浴場的男保潔員工會準時直接闖進去女子更衣室！可能是故意的！！跟前台男員工反映，他也不以為然！酒店價格包含早晚餐，性價比還可以，酒店温泉男女各5個浴池，一般不會跟陌生人共用浴池。

酒店位置屬於比較靠山裡的，從箱根站坐公交🚌到酒店至少要三刻鐘，好處是靠近纜車，從酒店出發去蘆之湖大概15分鐘。 酒店的服務、早晚餐和温泉♨️也都很棒，硬軟裝和傢俱很有品味，從接待到餐廳每一位服務員都非常熱情禮貌，下次我會帶其他家人朋友去住哈！

桃源台過來很方便，如果從箱根湯本過去應該蠻遠的。所以背包直接直接從湯本遊玩到桃源台坐巴士到酒店，1號站台的車過去就10來分鐘。公交車下車按一下按鍵，不然路過的站台如果沒有乘客上下車的話就直接開走了。圖四下車就是酒店門口。其實去御殿場也可以在這個對面站台上車的，我們不知道趕去桃源台上車，結果車子回頭經過這個站台。 酒店很新，設施比較完善。房間有膠囊咖啡。洗漱用品全套DHC的卸粧油、洗面奶乳液什麼的一應俱全，女生方便很多。前台有台灣美女可中文溝通。 早晚餐的話少許簡單、對面有7-11。沒有其他可消費的了。温泉是男女更替的。

從箱根湯本站到酒店大概要坐半小時的車繞盤山公路，除此之外各方面都非常好！泡湯也很舒服，泡完有免費的醋茶可以喝，免費的冰棍可以吃。附送的早餐和晚餐也十分精緻，大讚！

非常精緻的一家温泉酒店，典型的一泊二食，晚飯是比較簡單緊湊的懷石料理，早飯是定食，都品種多樣，食材新鮮，做工精緻。酒店價位合適，位置在仙石原，離湯本和強羅都有一段距離，所以以服務來取勝。 設施：房間提供完備。尤其是酒店的裝修和分佈於酒店各處的畫作，非常有格調，據説來自一位算是有一定影響的畫家。 環境：酒店離Pola美術館和玻璃之森美術館都很近。但是登山巴士班次不多，走着還挺累的。
