Hotel Indigo ได้รับการแนะนําจากเพื่อนร่วมงานของเรา เธอตะโกนว่าเธอมีความสุขกับการเข้าพักมากแค่ไหนเราจึงตัดสินใจที่จะมาเยี่ยมเยียนสําหรับ Anniversary ของเรา เราชอบทุกอย่างของโรงแรมนี้ตั้งแต่ check in จนถึง check out ทุกอย่างยอดเยี่ยมมากๆ พนักงานของโรงแรมทําให้เรารู้สึกยินดีเสมอโดยทักทายเรา(โดยชื่อส่วนใหญ่)ทุกครั้งที่เราออกไปเที่ยวและรอบนอกในโรงแรม Hannah เช็คอินเรา เธอน่ารักและให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับพื้นที่ต่างๆ เราได้ทานอาหารเช้ารวมในการเข้าพัก ผู้จัดการห้องอาหาร โกจิซัง สุดยอดมาก ถึงแม้จะไม่เป็นคนเลือกกิน แต่ผมชอบไข่ของผมที่สุกแบบหนึ่งอย่าง 1 lol.. วันแรกที่ทานอาหารเช้าไข่ผมไม่ได้สุกตามความชอบ .. พอจานผมเอาไป โชจิซัง สังเกตุว่าผมไม่ได้กินไข่ เขาก็มาหาโต๊ะเราทันทีและสอบถามเกี่ยวกับไข่ ผมบอกเขาว่ามันนุ่มเกินไปสําหรับผม เค้าขอโทษและถามว่าฉันกินได้พอไหมและบอกว่าอยากลองอีกในเช้าวันรุ่งขึ้น คิดว่านี่เป็นท่าทางที่ใจดีขนาดนี้ ตลอด 4 วันต่อมาไข่ของฉันสุกตามใจชอบจริงๆ เราทานอาหารเย็นที่ห้องอาหารของโรงแรม ค่อนข้างแพงไปหน่อย แต่เชฟบริการดีมาก แซลมอนกับปลาแซลมอนเป็นของโปรดของฉัน วันครบรอบของเราตรงกับวันที่ 22 และเราได้รับโทรศัพท์จากแผนกต้อนรับเพื่อถามว่าสามารถนําของขวัญมาให้เราเพื่อเป็นวันครบรอบได้ไหม พนักงานต้อนรับบริการดี พนักงานต้อนรับบริการดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส พนักงานต้อนรับดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส พนักงานต้อนรับดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส พนักงานต้อนรับดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส พนักงานต้อนรับดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส พวกเขานําขนมหวานมาให้เราหลากหลายซึ่งเราชอบกับชาแก้ว หวานมาก ห้องพักของเรากว้างขวาง สะอาด พร้อมอุณหภูมิที่ลงตัว โทรทัศน์ใหญ่ที่สุดเท่าที่เคยเห็นโรงแรมญี่ปุ่น ห้องพักของเราอยู่ริมแม่น้ํามีออนเซ็นส่วนตัวกลางแจ้ง ในขณะที่พักผ่อนในออนเซ็นจะได้ยินเสียงน้ําใจของแม่น้ํา อีกทั้งยังมีการแช่เท้าในบริเวณสวนด้วย ข้างนอกค่อนข้างหนาวสําหรับผมเลยไม่ได้เพลิดเพลินกับการเข้าพักครั้งนี้ โรงแรมมีการทําความสะอาดอย่างทั่วถึงและมีการเตรียมมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัย พนักงานทุกคนใส่หน้ากาก และอาหารเช้าเราเตรียมถุงมือไปเอาของคอนติเนนทัลจากบุฟเฟ่ต์ โต๊ะทุกโต๊ะถูกเช็ดออกทันทีหลังจากมีงานเลี้ยงออกไปและห่างทางสังคม โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้กับทุกอย่าง ช่วงที่ไปพัก 5 วัน เรามาเที่ยวที่ The Open Air Museum สวนแก้วเวเนเชี่ยน สวนโกรา และ The Red Gate of Peace กัน ประทับใจมาก ๆ เราจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอนและรอคอยการเข้าพักในฤดูใบไม้ผลิครั้งต่อไป

ประสบการณ์การเข้าพักที่ยอดเยี่ยม ฉันอยากกลับมาครั้งหน้าและแนะนำให้เพื่อน ๆ 1. มีซุปส่วนตัวในห้องพักของโรงแรม และซุปแบบดั้งเดิมในพื้นที่สาธารณะ 2. ตัวโรงแรมเองนั้นใหม่มาก โดยมีการผสมผสานที่ลงตัวระหว่างประเพณีและความทันสมัย 3. มีจิตสำนึกในการบริการดี พี่พนักงานเสิร์ฟ เรียนภาษาอังกฤษอย่างกระตือรือร้น และมีเพื่อนต่างชาติมาพักที่นี่มากมาย

ขนาดห้องและเตียงก็ดี มีจุดที่อ่างล้างหน้าสกปรกเล็กน้อย พนักงานบริการดี เป็นแผนรวมอาหารเช้าและเย็น แต่อาหารเย็นแบบฝรั่งเศสไม่ดีพอ สลัดใส่เกลือและน้ำมันมะกอกเพียงเล็กน้อยและแทบไม่มีรสชาติเลย ของหวานคือไอศกรีมกับครีมมันเทศ แต่ดูเหมือนง่ายกว่าของหวานในร้านสะดวกซื้อ โดยรวมแล้วปริมาณและคุณภาพไม่น่าพอใจ ฉันรู้สึกประหลาดใจที่เมนูทางเข้าของร้านมีราคามากกว่า 11,000 เยน เฟรนช์โทสต์เป็นอาหารเช้าค่อนข้างดี แต่ซุปมันฝรั่งมีรสชาติเหมือนมันฝรั่งบดซึ่งน่าผิดหวัง มีที่ทำการไปรษณีย์อยู่ใกล้โรงแรม จึงสะดวกในการส่งกระเป๋ากลับบ้าน มีบริการขนส่งจากสถานี Hakone Yumoto

This is a fantastic experience to stay in this hotel. Due to Covid19, I didnt try the public hot spring but book the room with the Japanese bathroom. The hot spring is hot enough though our room is not the sea view but u can definitely release all your stress. The food and service are highly recommended and next time will world being my family to stay at least 2 days to enjoy !

Absolutely wonderful experience. My time in Yama No Chaya Hakone was rainy throughout the time, but Hakone looked so beautiful in rain. Everyone and the entire staff was friendly, professional and extremely helpful. One staff ran out in the rain from long distance to bring me an umbrella and welcome me; there was always my shoes ready to put on whenever I was ready to go out; breakfasts and dinners were prepared and served in such artful and tasteful way that I had to take so many photos. Their services and hospitality are top notch and highlight of my trip. Thank you for the unforgettable experience .

This hotel is a historic property set in an iconic setting. We stayed in the Forest Section which features large, comfortable rooms that were a little dark, the bathroom lighting could be improved. Here is my issue. We arrived around 1:15 and we’re told that we could check in at 3:00. We had lunch in their cafe ( 50$) and asked again about an hour later if we could have early access. The very polite desk clerk replied “ Yes, for $70 dollars “. Astounded , I countered that we were departing early 2 days later, and he reduced the amount to $35. Now here is where communication becomes an issue: I continued the “are you kidding me?” and he kept bowing. I thought the issue was settled. That night and the next we ate at their lovely restaurants, French and the Cascade. Food and service was superb. With wine we spent about $900. Check out was early, and my husband didn’t really examine the bill. When we were back in our free early access room in Tokyo I noticed the $35 charge. I contacted the hotel’s customer service and they confirmed the charge. So, what about customer hospitality? I have NEVER been charged an early access fee for an hour. They have been times when we patiently waited for a room to be readied, and never demanded a rebate. It is all part of the guest/host agreement, I think this is probably a corporate decision by the Fujiya Group. Rethink your mission, guys, make guests feel wanted!

เดินเล่นข้างศาลเจ้าฮาโกเน่ตอนเช้า มีสีเขียวเยอะมาก เส้นทางเดินที่เต็มไปด้วยดอกไม้ ทางเดินริมทะเลสาบ สามารถมองเห็นวิวภูเขาไฟฟูจิได้สวยงาม และยังมีเรือโจรสลัดที่วิ่งบนทะเลสาบอูชิอีกด้วย เงียบสงบเหมือนเวลาหยุดลง นกร้องเพลงสบายๆ เคยแปลกใจที่ได้พักที่เคเบิลรีสอร์ทพร้อมลําโพงแต่ไม่ต้องงานเล็กๆ แบบนี้ โรงแรมที่พักเพลินๆ ลูกค้ารู้สึกเหมือนเป็นสายพาน สง่างาม เสียงดังนิดหน่อย สุภาพสตรี 々 เป็นสถานที่ที่ไม่ค่อยมีคนมาเที่ยว เสียงดัง อาหารเป็นโรงแรมเก่า เลยเลือกอาหารฝรั่ง มีรีวิวเยอะว่าอาหารญี่ปุ่นดี แต่เนื่องจากเป็นโรงแรม อาหารค่อนข้างหรูหรา จานใหญ่ไปหน่อย อร่อยดี สงสัยว่าไม่พอแต่ก็พอได้ จานหลักอัพเกรดซึ่งธรรมดาในโรงแรมราคาถูกใกล้ๆ กัน ที่นี่ก็เช่นกัน คอร์สเปลี่ยนเป็นสเต็กวากิวย่างและสเต็กแบรนด์เนม เชฟให้เนื้อโฮโฮะ เลยไม่ได้เปลี่ยน แต่ปิ้งย่าง ประณีต แต่เนื้อโฮโฮะ ยังคงเป็นเนื้อโฮโฮะ น่าจะอัพเกรด เป็นเรื่องง่ายๆ แต่คิดว่าอาหารจานหลักเป็นสเต็กญี่ปุ่น ไม่มีส่วนลด 〇〇 ใหญ่ขาย! ผมจะเข้าพักเพราะเว็บไซต์ท่องเที่ยวจะให้คําแนะนําแต่รู้สึกว่าโรงแรมทั้งหมดเสียดาย ถ้าเป็นอย่างนี้อยากให้หยุดขาย ผู้หญิงที่เจอที่ล็อบบี้ก็ยกย่องอาหารญี่ปุ่น คราวหน้าถ้ามาช่วงซัมเมอร์ได้อยากไปร้านอาหารญี่ปุ่น

I stayed in the dormitory.. As far as dormitories go in my limited experience (being the first time) I think it was great. Clean, tidy, each bed had a privacy curtain, access to every thing service was great - I should have asked her name. She explained everything really well. And in English ..bless.. Price for the dormitories was reasonable. I wanted a place to just sleep to break up my Hakone trip. They sent me a list of Restaurant options and coffee shops prior to coming. It has a kitchenette and a shared space. The shared space could be cosied up a bit with a lounge chair or something. But it's clean, it has some books, cards dining table and chairs. Restaurant food is good and reasonably priced. Breakfast option. Coffee shop a couple of doors down. So close to the station. It's ridiculous. Close to the museum. You could go as a group. 6 bunks in my room.. save you booking 2 rooms. Great experience...

I stayed here for two nights and booked their POSADA room which is in a different building just opposite the main one, and the room is small and dirty. The bathroom was too small, I didn't shower in there at all, but went to their public bath instead. Their private bath, on the other hand, is pretty nice, it's facing the forest, and the rooftop is part open where you can see the stars while enjoying a nice hot spring. I made my booking with them pretty early ahead, so the room was cheap, 16,000 yen for 2 nights, the location is very good too, close to Hakone Yumoto station. I think I will come back but may book a better room.
