After receiving your review, we spent time to check carefully with our related departments and with our reputable pest control service provider; we did not see any incident reports in December related to mouse problem. Then we checked the entire lost and found report in December and we did not find any computer mouse has been left behind also. If possible, we would like to contact you directly to clarify this issue as well as listen to your constructive feedback for our improvement.
