Conveniently located opposite a big shopping mall. Hotel is very new which uses high technology equipments like my girl's favourite entertainer 'xiao du' which is the room 'helper' will switch on/off TV, radio, curtains etc. Personally, I'm impressed with the latest blameless hair dryer which gets my hair dry fast. Most importantly, Hotel provides free use of high tech washing machine and dryer. Without it, I would have a hard type once back home with loads of dirty clothes to wash. That is why I've rebooted this hotel a couple of times during the stay, 1 whole week to be exact. Service is fast too. As the hotel is relatively still new, would be good and look forward if they include swimming pool and a gym soon. Highly recommended.

酒店設施齊全，房間整潔温馨，細節做的非常好，住的很舒服。床品是亞朵星球新疆長絨棉的材質很親膚，喜歡植物純天然的顏色，像我這種經常失眠的人住了一週每晚都睡得很香，自己也買了和酒店同款深睡記憶枕～服務主動熱情在特殊時期，酒店貼心的送上了姜棗茶，深夜餐巴還會提供現熬的粥和甜品，早餐品種多，豆漿、酸奶都是酒店自己現做的，點心和水果也不錯👍個人覺得性價比超高。沒趕上早餐，還可以電話前台，機器人會把早餐打包送到房間……看得出老闆是一個有情懷，有品位的人👍👍👍住在這幸福感滿滿，有家的感覺！

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hampton by Hilton hotel in Haikou, Hainan for two nights in April. From start to finish, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I can wholeheartedly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Haikou. First and foremost, the location of the hotel is fantastic. Situated close to various amenities, I found myself just a short walk away from restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Whether I wanted to grab a quick bite to eat or explore the city's vibrant culture, everything was easily accessible. This convenience truly enhanced my overall experience, making it effortless to immerse myself in the local atmosphere. One of the standout features of the hotel was its friendly and English-speaking staff. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who were incredibly welcoming and accommodating. They provided me with detailed information about the hotel facilities, nearby attractions, and even recommended some must-visit places in Haikou. Throughout my stay, the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met, making me feel valued as a guest.
