We had a pleasant stay. All of the hotel staff were very accommodating, and the check-in and check-out process was fast. The room was clean. what you see in the photos is exactly what you get. The location is great, too. The breakfast buffet didn’t have many options, but everything was palatable and tasted good. No complaints at all. We’ll definitely be coming back! this is our new go-to hotel in Tagaytay!

Anya is a very relaxing place. The hotel staff are very accomadating. The food is superb. Though it's quite expensive but worth it. Will definitely back there🙂

Location is a bit secluded from the city center. Staffs are accomodating though not going beyond and just provided whatever requested for instance we requested to retrieve the cake and they didnt offer utensils or think about whenever we would consume it for my partner's birthday, The room lacks refrigerator which might be a necessity. There's only one swimming pool.

一開始給了地下一層高低床房間（家人不太喜歡），請求經理換到二樓雙床間加了個小床，每天有打掃房間，基本服務OK。試吃一次早餐每人550php很一般，第二天就沒加。泳池設施較新，按摩500-600php/小時，衹有馬尼拉同類價格的一半甚至還不到，值得嘗試。出酒店停車場右拐150米見主路左拐步行~1500米就風景星巴克（見圖片，假期期間排隊等不起）；出酒店停車場左拐150米丁字路口有集市可見不少快餐店（麥當勞、肯德基、Greenwich Pizza）和有蔬菜水果的超市。看得出來，主樓部分 含房間設施有點舊了，衞生間淋浴是電熱水寶的，温度~35度？（不夠熱），淋浴地面斜面不夠容易積水。當然，在小城這樣服務標準的酒店性價比是可以的。
