We stayed here a few months ago, and although the facility was nice, I was disappointed in the service and the breakfast. So I wrote a “helpful” email to the hotel outlining my concerns. I decided to give it another try, and when my secretary said my name, the reservations person said, “Oh, we’re so glad he’s giving us another try. I think he’ll find that we are a lot better.” From the time I arrived, I was showered with goodness. And the biggest surprise was that they completely reinvented their breakfast. Any place that does such a great job of listening to their guests deserves my business!
