Un bel hôtel, la chambre était propre et l’emplacement est central. Les deux points négatifs sont le lit et la piscine.  Ils rapprochent deux lits simples qui ne sont tenus que par un drap pour en faire un lit queen size. Impossible de dormir confortablement au milieu du lit. La piscine était petite pour le nombre de personnes. Il y avait aussi beaucoup d’enfants qui faisaient des plongeons, du bruit et personne de l’hôtel pour les canaliser.

Un accueil charmant que nous apprécions depuis des années. Le Spa est fantastique! Un petit effort d'organisation au niveau du room service mais ce problème ne date pas d'hier. Nous reviendrons bien entendu!

Great staff and lovely clean hotel. It's set in a main road so can be quite noisy during the night but the rooms a good job blocking most noise out. Otherwise location is great on the river and only a max 20 mins walk into the centre, wouldn't hesitate to recommend

I really enjoyed my stay at the Mercure hotel in Rouen. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city and its main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, and everything felt well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Отличное местоположение. Рядом рынок с устрицами. Вкусные завтраки. Отличная постель. Довольно тихо. Нет воды в номерах. Двери в ванную без ограничителей :)

Bon séjour au Best Western Plus Le Havre Centre Gare lors de notre passage entre amis. L’hôtel est propre et bien situé, parfait pour découvrir la ville sans être trop éloigné des principaux points d’intérêt. Le personnel est accueillant, et les installations sont simples mais confortables. Un choix agréable pour un séjour sans prise de tête avec des amis.

”L'hôtel était très propre et le service accueillant, très bon petit déjeuner . Sinn , il faisait froid dans la chambre malgré le chauffage allumé !le lit était petit 1,40 cm alors qu'il était noté comme un lit king size sur site!

ครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งที่ 2 แล้ว ทุกอย่างทํางานได้อย่างลงตัว ห้องพักเงียบ สงบ สิ่งทิ้งขยะดีมาก ห้องน้ํากว้าง มีน้ําไหลแรงดี สงบ น่าอยู่ ของแผนกต้อนรับ การบริการให้สามารถฝากกระเป๋าได้อีกไม่กี่ชั่วโมงหลังเช็คเอ้าท์เป็นประโยชน์มากรวมถึงห้องน้ําข้างๆ รีเซฟชั่น ตอนที่ไปไม่มีห้องแล้ว ทําเลสุดยอดจริงๆ ค่ะ เราอยู่ติดริมถนนด้วย และแนะนําร้านพาสต้าจีนสด ลีเมียน ติดลานกว้าง แนะนําเลยค่ะ อัตราส่วนคุณภาพ-ราคากับลูกค้าที่มีคุณภาพมีพนักงานที่ดีมากเป็นอะไรที่เหมาะ

Great hotel with a very convenient location. There’s a supermarket and a shopping center within walking distance, so everything you need is nearby. The hotel also has parking, which made our stay even more comfortable. The room was clean, and the overall experience was very pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!

If you want to experience La vraie vie de chateau (a real life a a castle owner) this is your choice. Only 5 rooms available, very private, feels like you are in your own chateau… fabulous park and setting around the main building, was told there are other separate “mini” houses in the park , and you can go watch the horses…. And admire the view on the valley. Our room: we booked the round bedroom … the center bedroom on the 1st floor…. Fabulous place, need a bit of upgrade in the bathroom… if anything… but seriously felt like a châtelain… as we reached early, we were welcomed by one of the sons of the owners who took us around the private wing, “his house”, and told us everything about the mansion history as well as hotel business. A great interaction with a friendly castle owner and businessman. They also have a snooker, a gym and sauna…. I mean… what else do you want!!! We had to go out for dinner (at L’Hermitage) which the owner booked for us. Breakfastwas served in the salons…. Stylish French dépit déjeuner, served by a dynamic, friendly and frank lady. Just go. Dont hesitate.
