If you're judging this hotel as per review don't stay in misunderstanding it's a very nice hotel. Hotel is very clean and the environment is also very quiet. Behaviour of staff is also very good.

I got entry to the hotel easily. There was no problem in finding a hotel located at a convenient location. But i had guests who came to meet me at the hotel and asked for water but the hotel did not provide water.

Property was average ac were too old, not dental kit, no hot water geyser, no tea coffee kit, staff was very supportive.

I had a fantastic stay at hotel regency square. Everything was incredibly comfortable, and the services were impressively quick and efficient. The staff was well-mannered and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

No ac working no extra mattress given by the hotel staff and staff can't listen again and again.

Cleaning, poor water supply. Room service, food quality very bad. Outside lighting is not sufficient.

Its a terrible stay, there is just a room nothing else. No facility provided. No warm water, no warm water for bath, tv is not working, no dustbin provided in room. No room service, there were stains on bedsheet and quilt. Window glass having moisture inside room. Bathroom mirror have terrible moisture on it. Not recommended for stay. Wastage of money.
