เราพักที่ Novotel Guwahati เพียงคืนเดียวเท่านั้น การเช็คอินรวดเร็ว พนักงานก็ใจดีมาก ห้องพักสะดวกสบาย แต่ห้องน้ำควรระบายอากาศให้ดีกว่านี้ อาหารเช้าก็อร่อยสุดยอด!!!!!

The hotel offers a very comfortable, modern, and relaxing environment, making it a great choice for couples as well as business and leisure travelers. The room was spacious, clean, well-maintained, and beautifully arranged. The bed was very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt calm and premium. After a busy day in Guwahati, it was very relaxing to come back to such a peaceful and comfortable place. The staff were polite, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. From check-in to check-out, the service was smooth and well managed. We especially appreciated the friendly attitude of the team and the way they handled everything with care. The hotel location is also very convenient, with easy access to different parts of Guwahati, restaurants, shopping areas, and other important places. The property itself feels secure, organized, and suitable for couples who want a comfortable and hassle-free stay. We also enjoyed the overall facilities and ambience of the hotel. Everything felt well maintained, and the quality of service matched what we expected from the Novotel brand. Overall, our stay at Novotel Guwahati GS Road was excellent. We had a wonderful family stay at Novotel Guwahati GS Road. We were traveling with our two children, and the hotel made our stay very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and well maintained, with enough space for our family. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to assist. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of delicious options, and the overall food quality was excellent. The location is convenient and makes it easy to explore Guwahati. The rooftop pool and hotel facilities added to the experience, and our children especially enjoyed the stay. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable visit. We would definitely recommend Novotel Guwahati to families looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in the city.

Had a fantastic one night stay at the Novotel. The overall facilities are absolutely top-notch, maintaining an elegant and luxurious vibe throughout. A major highlight was the dining, the restaurants serve incredible food with outstanding service. Highly recommend it for a flawless luxury experience. Can’t wait to return! The whole staff was super friendly and supportive.

Clean and spacious room

Хороший отель.Что не понравилось,выселение в отеле с 12.00 - до 12.30.Звонить с ресепшена начали с 11.30 чтобы освободить номер.Я сделал выселение в 11.50 и еще 1 час сидел в лобби коротал время перед выездом в аэропорт и видел как индусы выселялись с 12.30 до 12.45.Вывод быстрое выселение отель хочет только от иностранцев.Не планирую больше останавливаться в этом отеле.Руководству отеля просьба лояльно относиться к иностранцам на ресепшене.Спасибо.

Обычный новотель из тех новотелей, что тянут на три звёзды, не более. Из того, что максимально портило настроение - динамик системы оповещения, которые развешаны по всему отелю, в том числе и в номерах, и постоянно издают неприятный звук сбитой волны, спать под это невыносимо

Hotel is nice staff is super friendly and welcoming. I really like the smell of this air freshner in here. And buffet is one of my favourite part about the hotel. Miss lyntibabha took care of me and my colleagues so well. She is very warm and kind she even gave us a special treat at the breakfast buffet.she has avery positive attitude and her smile is exceptionally sweet.
