เราไปเที่ยวเกาหลีใต้ครั้งแรก โชคดีที่ยังได้เที่ยว 3-4 วัน ก่อนที่จะต้องถูกกักตัวเนื่องจากโควิด-19 และถูกปฏิเสธไม่ให้พักต่อจากโรงแรมที่เราพัก จึงต้องสาละวนหาโรงแรมจาก link ที่หน่วยงานสาธารณสุขส่งมาให้ เราจึงได้เจอสถานที่วิเศษสุดสำหรับการกักตัวของเรา เรามาถึงโรงแรมก่อนเวลาเช็คอินก่อนเที่ยง ซึ่งเวลา Check in คือ 14.00 น. แต่ STAFF เข้าใจเรา ว่าเราเป็นผู้ป่วยโควิด เลยรีบทำการ Check in ให้เราทันที ระหว่างนั้นเราสังเกตุที่บอร์ด เราเห็นมีแต่ข้อความที่ผู้เข้าพักเขียนถึงโรงแรมด้วยข้อความที่ชื่นชม เต็มไปหมด เรามีความรู้สึกเล็กๆว่า ต้องมีดีแน่นอน เราอยากรู้มากว่า เราจะได้มีโอกาสเขียนชื่นชมเขาไหมน๊า เราเลือกห้องแบบ 2 ชั้น แต่พอเข้าห้องแล้ว เราคิดว่าไม่เหมาะกับผู้สูงวัยเยี่ยงเรา จึงขอเปลี่ยนห้อง ทางโรงแรมเลยพาเราไปดูทุกห้องที่ว่างอยู่ จนเราได้ห้องพักแบบ VIP DOUBLE ROOM มันดีมาก กว้างขวาง เหมาะสำหรับเรา 2 คน ที่จะกักตัวอยู่แบบสบายอีกหลายวัน ในระหว่างที่เราพักอยู่ที่นี่ ทางโรงแรมจะบอกอยู่เสมอว่า หากต้องการความช่วยเหลืออะไรให้บอกเขา ซึ่งมีหลายสิ่งอย่างที่เราไม่สามารถหาซื้อเองได้ เช่น เครื่องวัดออกซิเจนที่ปลายนิ้ว เราขอให้เขาช่วยสั่งซื้อให้ ตอนแรกเราคิดว่าเขาคงไม่สั่งซื้อให้เราแน่ๆ จนมีกล่องของมาวางไว้หน้าห้อง เราดีใจมาก เพราะเรารู้สึกว่าเราหายใจติดขัดจากการติดโควิด ต้องใช้เครื่องนี้ หากมีอะไรจะได้ไปโรงพยาบาลได้ทัน นอกจากนี้ยังมี staff คนสวยๆ พูดเพราะๆ พาเราไปหาร้านขายยาอีก และประทับใจที่สุด คือ เรากลับมาเมืองไทยแล้ว เราลืมใบเสร็จรับเงินตัวจริงค่าห้องพักที่เราจ่ายไปในวันแรก ซึ่งเราจะต้องนำมาเบิกกับบริษัทประกันฯ เราติดต่อผ่านผุ้จัดการทั่วไปทางแอพพลิเคชั่นไลน์ เพื่อขอเอกสารดังกล่าว ซึ่ง ผจก.ก็ให้ทาง staff จัดการส่งมาให้ถึง 2 ครั้ง เนื่องจากครั้งแรกถ่ายเอกสารส่ง มาให้ใช้ไม่ได้ จึงต้องส่งมาอีกรอบ โดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายเลย เราจะนิ่งเฉยอยู่ได้เยี่ยงไร จึงไม่แปลกใจกับจดหมาย หรือโน๊ตชื่นชมที่ติดบอร์ดมากมาย ขอชื่นชมความเป็นมืออาชีพของคุณด้วยความจริงใจค่ะ ประทับใจจริงๆค่ะ ไว้มีโอกาสอีกครั้ง เราจะกลับไปพักอีกแน่นอน ลืมบอก PIZZA ที่โรงแรม อร่อยมากๆ
