Hotel is very neat & clean, Breakfast buffet was amazing
Its just bit toward the end of Gorgon which takes extra hour to travel.

Great comfortable hotel. We were there for 6 nights mid January. We did arrive about 11 am and the hotel had our room ready. Not hotels fault I know but there was a thick fog/smog for the entire 6 days we were there. So consequently very cold outside.
The public areas although very clean were quite cool in particular the Club lounge. In the lounge the drinks service was quite slow mostly. Although the light snacks on offer were very tasty and well presented the 2 hot offerings each night were just luke warm.
Although too cold sit outside never mind swim the pool area was very shabby. The outside of the pool was covered in bird droppings and cracked uneven tiles.
No information in rooms regarding hotel facilities.
Be warned, if there is a wedding going on, which lasts 3 days don’t expect an early night. We were on the 12th floor overlooking the hotel entrance where there is a green area to host the weddings and we were kept awake till early hours on 2 of those nights.
The staff at this hotel were all very polite, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good with plentiful options. The room was very comfortable as was the bed (like sleeping on a cloud). From here we did trips to the Taj Mahal and Jaipur which took about 3 1/2 to 4 hours to reach from here. Despite the negatives mentioned above it is a top class hotel and we would go back but would like them to address the few negatives above first.

Unprofessional staff and front desk manager. Usually refrain from being specific and giving names, but need to mention about Diksha and the harrowing experience. The behavior was totally uncalled for. Arrived at the property after a long flight, did two rounds of walking between the room on the 9th floor and the front desk since the keys for room did not work! Requested Diksha to give spare keys for the 3rd time but still weren’t provided and a new room got allotted on the 14th floor. At the time of check out, went to the front desk to check and to clear all the dues and was told they were already done through *******. After half an hour and on our way to the airport we get chasers and multiple calls that the dues weren’t paid. And it was simply an “error” from the front desk. When we requested them to get in touch after 10 days once we received the cc statement, we are still being harassed by multiple calls and really rude tone by Ms Diksha, who hence forth I requested not want to engage with!
It is not always the guests who create a ruckus and throw tantrums. The hotel staff has to respectful and empathetic towards the guests. The first rule of hospitality industry is to be able to create an experience, be generous and friendly toward the guests.But no apologies or regret was shown at the time of checking in, when we had to run back and forth between the rooms n front desk.A regular guest at the Delhi Hyatt regency but what ill behaved staff at your Gurgaon property.

Ordered food for in room dining and all we got were hung up calls. The manager did take the food on tab but after 2.5 hrs. Never expected this out of Hyatt property.

Room service was very slow… many basic amenities were not there in the room itself …. AC was not working well … breakfast buffet was below average .. food cold dry …most of them at least … staff was polite but overall experience it does not do justice to Hyatt hotel chain brand name.
