The experience at Guraidhoo island was really amazing. The island is local, so you have to take in count that it will not be residences and staff like this. This hotel is really pretty, clean and familiar. The food is really good. The staff is absolutely the best; all the people there is so kind and helpfull. I stayed here for more or less one week and every day we went to another trip/excursion. My favourite excursion was the shark excursion, but also the others (we saw the coral reef, the turtles, the dolphins, we went fishing…) were so spectacular. During all the trips the staff will make for you the lunch, that can take on: fresh fruits (orange, coconut, watermelon) some rice, salads etc. One day after an excursion they took us (like always) in another island or it could be a sand board and cooked for us a typical maldivian lunch. So delicious! The staff really take care about every details. You can see in their eyes the real kindness! After my holiday I can say, that the magnificent landscape and the wonderful animals take a back seat. I will always carry with me the memory of the caring and heartfelt people I left on this island.

We arrived very late to Male. Due to Ramadan, our pre-booked speedboat was cancelled, so I asked Ilham to help us with arranging speedboat transfer. He did his best plus he was waiting for us at the airport and guided us to Guraidhoo island. From La Isla Tropica they arranged a mini van for our luggages. Rohan is a very kind person, I have never expected such hospitality and support. He help us in everything: getting medicine to the hurt shoulder, offering great suncream, preparing takeaway breakfast and organizing boat trip. Whatever we needed: he was always there to help. I cannot thank him enough for his great personality. We all like the breakfast and dinner, which were tasty and more than enough :) I would defienetly like to return, we had gorgeous 6days in La Isla Tropica and in Guraidhoo.

ขอขอบคุณเจ้าของที่พัก Hamdhaan และทีมงานของเขาทุกคนที่ทําให้วันหยุดของเราในเดือน ก.พ.2562 ไม่น่าลืม พวกเรารู้สึกเหมือนอยู่บ้าน! ฉันจองห้องพัก 3 ห้องใน Itha Beach แต่เมื่อเราไปถึง เจ้าของที่พักเสนอให้เลือกระหว่าง Itha และโรงแรมอื่นของเขา Sigeny View แ งที่สอง ตั้งอยู่ที่ bikiny beach เราเลือกอันนี้ เลยรีวิวไม่ได้เกี่ยวกับโรงแรมแต่การบริการซึ่งดิฉันberibe ก็เหมือนกันทั้งสองโรงแรม เราเอา full board : อาหารมีให้เลือกไม่มาก แต่สดและอร่อยมาก ๆ ะส่วนใหญ่มาก ที่ชอบคือเพนเน่กับปลาแนวปะการัง ข้าวผัดปลาทูน่า และแกงไก่ bbq seafood amazing : ปลา octopus กุ้งมังกร ผู้คนสามารถจัดดินเนอร์โรแมนติกที่ชายหาดหรือปาร์ตี้bbq ได้เลย ผลไม้ น้ําผลไม้สด และไอศกรีม ให้บริการด้วย พวกเขาชื่นชมเด็ก และแม้กระทั่งเล่นกับเด็กอ่อนที่หมดสติของฉันจึงสามารถทานอาหารเย็นได้อย่างสงบ :) ลูกชายของฉันกลายเป็นเพื่อนที่ดีที่สุดกับพนักงานเสิร์ฟของเราคุณคาลัม พวกเค้าทําดีที่สุดเพื่อให้เรามีความสุข และพวกเขาทําจริงๆ Hamdhaan จัดทริปดําน้ําตื้นให้เราด้วยปลาโลมา,ฉลามและปลาแนวปะการัง.ประสบการณ์เยี่ยม.นั่งเรือกับปลาโลมาสองชั่วโมงผู้ใหญ่20$และเด็กคนละ15$.ขี่กับฉลามและโลมา4ชั่วโมงคือ 40$/20$.เรือคายัค2ชั่วโมง, หน้ากากดําน้ําและกรามมีบริการในโรงแรมฟรี ตัวเกาะดีมากสําหรับวันหยุดครอบครัว นั่งจาก Male 40min (speed board คนละ 25$ one way) มีหาดสวย สามารถหาน้ําตื้นสําหรับเด็กๆ และน้ําหยดให้กวาดและดําน้ําได้ฟรี มีธนาคารทราย instagramy และถึง reef แบบ home for snorkling เราเห็นมูเร่ บีชฉลาม ปลากระเบน ปลากระเบน กุ้งมังกรตรงนั้น ฉลามตัวใหญ่และปลากระเบนมาที่ท่าเรือทุกเย็นให้อาหาร เมื่อเราเห็นโดฟินและตุ๊กแกใกล้ฝั่ง ยิ่งถ้าไม่ได้ไปทัวร์ชมสัตว์ที่เกาะจะได้เห็นสัตว์เยอะมาก มีจุดทําความสะอาด manta ใกล้ iseland แต่หน้า manta อยู่ตั้งแต่เดือน มิถุนา ถึง Sep เราได้เจอสนามแบดมินตันและเล่นกับคนท้องถิ่น (เค้ามี net นะ ไม่งั้นเอา net มาเองด้วย) มี playground เด็กดี ทั้งที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้ชายหาด pupblic มีศูนย์ดําน้ําสองแห่ง เราไป Manta divers : 80$ สําหรับ intro dive และ 55$ สําหรับผู้ที่มี license PADI บริการดี เราแนะนําพวกนั้น SUP serf - 20$ ต่อชั่วโมง เจ้าของชื่อชัย ให้ลูกผม 5 ขวบเรียน SUP ฟรี ตอนผมขี่ม้าไปเรื่อยๆ ไม่ขอทิปหรือทําให้ผมมาอีกเป็นการแสดงความรักในใจกับเด็กๆ ชาวบ้านเป็นมิตรมากและพยายามช่วยเหลือตลอด การต้อนรับ oc island เป็นหนึ่งความประทับใจที่ยิ่งใหญ่ที่สุดของฉันในวันหยุด หากท่านต้องการสัมผัสกลิ่นอายของมัลดีฟส์แล้ว defenetly มาที่แห่งนี้และผ่านการกล่าวคําทักทายที่อบอุ่นจากดิฉันถึง mister Hamdhaan!

จองรถรับส่งของโรงแรม คุณสามารถไปที่โต๊ะของโรงแรมทันทีที่คุณบิน และมีคนจะพาคุณไปที่เรือยอทช์ ประมาณ 40 นาทีถึงโรงแรม ต้องตั้งค่าอาหารเช้า มันอุดมไปด้วยและมีหลากหลายรสชาติ มีน้ำผลไม้สำหรับอาหารเช้าทุกวัน ไม่มีเครื่องดื่มฟรีสำหรับมื้อกลางวันและมื้อค่ำ มีร้านอาหารรองรับบริการส่งอาหาร คุณสามารถโทรสั่งอาหารไปที่ประตูบ้าน แล้วรับประทานอาหารเช้าที่ระเบียงในตอนค่ำและชมพระอาทิตย์ตก ถ้าจะออกไปเล่นข้างนอกต้องดูกิจกรรมประจำวันให้ดีแล้วถามดีๆ เพราะบางกิจกรรมคือวันเดียว บางวันสองวันก็คุ้มที่จะไปทะเลและดำน้ำ

There is a lot of hotel choice in the Maldives, but there is something quite unique about Cocoa Island and that’s the feeling of being somewhere with people whom love to live and work there. There is a real sense of community in the staff and as per some of the other reviews, several have been there for over a decade. Although we were first time visitors, it was clear that many people had stayed and returned time and time again and felt they had a relationship with the staff. This was really unique for a hotel we felt. By far the physical best element of the island is the snorkelling straight from your room onto one of 3 private reefs. From here we saw reef shark, sting ray and a huge array of fish, this felt like a special to have this the moment you wake up at your disposal. Cocoa island is small and has a boutique feel. If you want to escape the crowds and have your trip feel a bit more bespoke than mass tourism, cocoa is a good option for you. If you want busy evenings and endless activities or entertainment the maybe not. It does just have one restaurant and one bar, but that should not deter your choosing this hotel, the variety on the menu/menus are vast and changes everyday in some way, with the themed set menu evenings additional to this, there is no need to get bored of the food, quite the opposite. The staff and chefs are also very varied in their skill and accommodating to your needs. The food is high quality, and masterfully executed every night, we could not fault it along with the huge array of drinks options, far beyond what you would expect from a resort of this size. Some of the best cocktails we’ve had. Overall, we would echo other reviews to say don’t come at CNY or half term if you want total peace and quiet, but this isn’t a particularly family orientated place, so as long as you are out of those main seasons it should be beautifully peaceful. The 45 min transfer by boat is convenient and easy compared to waiting for a seaplane. We would highly recommend.

ครั้งแรกที่ไปมัลดีฟส์ เลือกเกาะนี้ รวมทุกอย่างแล้ว ประสบการณ์ดีมาก บนเกาะมีพนักงานที่พูดภาษาจีนได้และการสื่อสารก็สะดวกมาก จากมุมมองของนักท่องเที่ยวบนเกาะ ประมาณ 20 [%] เป็นชาวจีน มีร้านอาหาร 4 แห่งบนเกาะ ร้านอาหารหลัก ร้านอาหารปักกิ่ง ร้านอาหารซีลอน และร้านอาหารใต้น้ำ ประสบการณ์ร้านอาหารใต้ทะเลดีอยู่ต่ำกว่าระดับน้ำทะเลประมาณ 6 เมตร และอาหารก็อร่อย นอกจากนี้ยังมีการจัดกิจกรรมต่างๆ บนเกาะ เช่น ตกปลาทะเล ดูปลาโลมา (ถ้าไม่อยากดำน้ำ) เราอาศัยอยู่ในบ้านน้ำและห้องอยู่ในสภาพดี ฉันคิดว่ามันอาจจะดีกว่าประสบการณ์บ้านทราย ในระยะสั้นประสบการณ์ที่ดีมาก ~
