Room was clean and in good condition. Food was very delicious.

One of the best stays in gulmarg. I visited this place on the 13th of Dec 23 and really had a very luxurious experience. Great service, friendly staff, beautiful ambiance and yes food 😋. This is gonna be my stay whenever I'm visiting gulmarg. Qayoom the housekeeping head is a master in a pool game, really had a great time with him.

Nice hotel of wooden structure and big rooms, with sitting area. Clean and nice bathroom. Services were prompt and staff was courteous and helpful. Good wifi and breakfast spread was reasonable. Its near Gondola station, though car parking area is very limited. The disadvantage of wooden structure is of course that you hear the tv sound of the neighbouring room!

I had an opportunity to stay at Heevan Retreat, Gulmarg. Overall the experience was superb. Unfortunately, due to long travel - one of my family members needed Doctor's assistance however, the staff was spot on and arranged for a Doctor within minutes even at midnight. I'm thankful to all the staff for all the help & making our stay comfortable. I would absolutely recommend the property for anyone looking out for a relaxing stay in Gulmarg.

Highly appreciate service provided by Mr. Jahangir Khan *****r Khan. Further food was also v delicious. The visit to hotel is cherished. The staff is very cooperative and caring. The surrounding of hotel are breth taking. In totality trip was very satisfying.

Heevan was the hotel we stayed at on our first night in Kashmir and it was really beautiful. Gulmarg had just received fresh snowfall and the hotel felt like something out of a fairy tale. The staff are extremely courteous and helpful. We stayed in a deluxe room - it was reasonably sized with very good heating, but unfortunately, no view. The dinner we ordered, was all SWEET - pasta and soup - so that made it very difficult to eat. But overall, the breakfast was good.

Starting from checking .. they welcome you with kashmiri hot kehwa... Food was delicious... House keeping was quick and rooms were clean with all amenities in the room...we will definitely visit again... truly heaven as it's name... specially want to mention lateef and parvaiz from housekeeping...Wasim from front desk... And javaid from f and b ***ager

I had a great time here and specially I wanna thank staff here whose specially thanks housekeeping team I had fallen sick and was puking in the middle of the night and he helped me with meds and also cleaned the room himself even though it was not his duty I’m pleased to see such kind people overall it was amazing experience and specially thanks housekeeping parvaiz Lateef housekeeping ***ger and front desk Waseem.. thanks heevan team

Hotel ambience is good and during winters overall view from the room is also good,staff is supportive. Issue observed were that room glass panes were not sound proof so at night dogs barking were heard at night which was very bothering. Monkeys were also there so risky with kids. Also since it is located at elevation, snow get covered on roads leading to issues for vehicle movement. So dont opt for it during winters Hotel authorities must take care to get clear the roads on regular basis else u have to wait for more than an hour to take 500m from/to the hotel. Dont Take Room 5, The bed makes horrible noise while sleeping.
