Hotel Heevan Retreat

The room was cozy, clean, and offered a great view of the mountains. The hotel also has a pool table for guests to enjoy, which was a nice bonus. The staff were very friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Amazing location, conveniently close to the Gondola. Rooms were warm and heated, and you could enjoy a good hot chocolate in the coffee place downstairs. Our room has a great balcony view, which we really enjoyed during the snowfall. Food here was best in some of the cafes that we tried in the area...do try the Nadroo fries here. The staff was helpful with the advise on when to go where, highly recommended place.

I recently stayed here, and I can honestly say it transformed my Gulmarg trip from "great" to "unforgettable." From the moment I stepped inside, the cozy, wooden interiors provided a perfect escape from the chill outside. But what truly sets this place apart isn't just the architecture—it's the hospitality❄️

Located very near Gulmarg Gondola overlooking Pine trees in a valley. Away from the main market though. The staff service is prompt and helpful. However Heevan Gulmarg is very much a run-down property with sloping rooms, dull and worn-out carpets as well as pot-holed approach road (definitely not recommended for seniors and people with mobility issues). The Buffets were also very average. But a la carte dishes are much flavoursome.

Every staff member was courteous, professional, and always ready to help. A special thanks to the restaurant team for their excellent service and warm hospitality. The food was delicious, and the dining experience was truly memorable. I would also like to appreciate the Restaurant Manager, who was an incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive person.
