We chose this hotel because it is part of the Mercure brand under the Accor Group, which we generally associate with consistent standards. However, our experience was disappointing.
At check-in, the front desk staff appeared uncertain and had difficulty locating our reservation. The dining area also felt quite small relative to the number of guests staying at the hotel. In addition, the breakfast selection was limited and did not meet our expectations.

First of all thanks for the upgrading service, the experience staying in guilin is great, location is nearby lots restaurant choice, plus able to walk to wanda plaza, but need to be extra careful as need to cross few road to reach. Thanks.

The 2 young receptionist that manage my family (together with my wife and son) check in was wonderful.
One of the ladies even give us a Guilin attraction booklet with all the explanation.
I didn’t take down their name, but we arrived on 16 March around 2pm from Singapore.
Hope the hotel management appreciate these 2 wonderful ladies effort and award them best employee of the month.
