ทําเลที่ตั้งเป็นจุดบวกที่ดีเรายินดีต้อนรับห้องพักสะดวกสบายและอาหารเช้าดีมาก เมื่อฉันมาที่ Djerba ฉันจะกลับไป ราคาที่มีคุณภาพดี ขอบคุณร้านอาหารที่ดีและเสื้อโค้ทราคาถูก

Service client décevant J'ai récemment visité cet hôtel avec l'intention de faire un petit tour avant de réserver en ligne. Malheureusement, mon expérience avec le réceptionniste a été plutôt décevante. Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été accueilli par un réceptionniste qui semblait désintéressé et peu accueillant. Lorsque j'ai demandé si je pouvais voir quelques chambres disponibles avant de faire ma réservation, il m'a répondu de manière brusque en affirmant que l'hôtel était complet, sans même vérifier sa disponibilité. Pourtant, j'avais vu en ligne que des chambres étaient toujours disponibles sur *******. En tant que client potentiel, j'ai été surpris par son manque de professionnalisme et son refus catégorique de me montrer les chambres. Je m'attendais à un accueil chaleureux et à un service courtois, mais malheureusement, cela n'a pas été le cas. Je comprends que les hôtels peuvent être occupés à certaines périodes, mais j'aurais apprécié une réponse plus polie et une explication claire sur la disponibilité réelle des chambres. J'ai finalement choisi de réserver dans un autre établissement voisin, où le personnel était beaucoup plus accueillant et serviable. En résumé, mon expérience avec le réceptionniste de cet hôtel a été décevante et peu professionnelle. J'espère que l'hôtel prendra en considération ces commentaires pour améliorer son service client, car cela peut grandement influencer la décision des clients potentiels.

I work in the hotel industry myself and am therefore very interested in the development of various hotels. I first visited the Radisson Blu in Djerba in 2009 and was largely impressed, so much so that I've been coming back every few years since then for a week or two a year. The hotel is located on a beautiful beach, has very attractive architecture and very friendly, long-standing employees. Unfortunately, everything has changed here since the change in management about 8 years ago and since then this hotel has reflected the decline of Tunisian tourism. The hotel is run by a shockingly incompetent general manager who only cares about clients' money and seems to have no idea about hospitality. You can feel that savings are being made in all areas of the hotel: mediocre food quality, pathetic all-in concept, lack of staff, lack of cleaning, lack of renovations, ... even the toilet paper is of poorest quality. What guests are offered here for their money is almost a scam. Today the Radisson Blu Djerba is largely populated by Eastern Bloc tourists and unpleasantly noisy Franco-Tunisians. Every year the garden, corridors, pool and restaurants look more unkempt and dingy. Wifi is worryingly slow and absolutely unusable for business applications. Although the rooms were renovated a few years ago (in an aesthetically pleasing but unfortunately very sloppy manner), they are already dirty and smelly again, although the carpets will probably soon run away of their own accord, as vacuum cleaners are not known in this hotel. Resignation is increasingly noticeable among the very friendly employees; they feel exploited and badly treated and long for a change in management. You can't help but ask yourself why the responsible people at Radisson Group don't intervene so that this originally good hotel may flourish again.

โรงแรมใหญ่มากและใหญ่มากและใหญ่มากและใหญ่มากและใหญ่มาก ที่แผนกต้อนรับมีคนพูดภาษาอิตาลีแต่ฝรั่งเศสเกือบบังคับสระว่ายน้ําใหญ่มากฉันจะไปทะเลทุกครั้งที่ต้องเดินเกือบเจ็ดนาที!!! ชายหาดสะอาดมากน่าเสียดายที่น้ําเต็มไปด้วยสาหร่าย แต่เป็นทั่วไปของตูนิเซีย และอาหารเช้า อาจจะผิดหวังอย่างเดียว แต่มีเบเกอรี่หลากหลาย แต่ต้องบอกว่าน่าดูมาก แต่มีรสชาติน้อย บนเกลือและผลไม้ให้วาง ตัวเลือกน้อย มีแพคเกจสําหรับเดินป่า แน่นอน แพงกว่าค่าเฉลี่ย แต่บริการดีเยี่ยม.. ****** เป็นดิสโก้เธคตอนกลางคืน ไม่เคยได้ยินปัญหาจากพวกเขา.. ร้านอาหารกลางวันและเย็น ไม่เคยลองเลยพูดไม่ออก บอกได้คําเดียวว่าวิวสระว่ายน้ําน่าอยู่.. เมื่อเข้าไปในห้องโถง คุณไม่สามารถปฏิเสธความงดงามของโครงการได้ ฉันแค่บอกคุณว่าคนข้างนอกแค่เผชิญหน้าตัวเองเพื่อถ่ายรูป งดงาม เห็นได้ชัดว่าราคาสูงมากสําหรับพื้นที่ แต่ฉันคิดว่ามันคุ้มค่ากับโรงแรมเดียวที่สามารถแข่งขันกับนี่คือเรดิสันบลู แต่ฉันคิดว่ามันชนะเฉพาะตําแหน่ง (เช่นเดียวกับชายหาดสีชมพู) ส่วนที่เหลือฉันคิดว่านี่เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุด

Overall good experience, initially we were surprised by the appearance of the room, it was different from the photo we saw in the Agency offer and the food served, but then we understood that it is basically one of the best accommodation units in the hotel, we had a suite with a sea view - I must say that we finally appreciated the view of the sea, the space of the accommodation unit and room style in European countries. The quality and variety of food also differs, but again it's a different culture and customs, you get used to it, if you choose a 4-star hotel or more, you should be satisfied and find food that you eat with relish. An entertainment was provided every day and during the day, in the evening there were short dance slots when animators invited guests to the dance floor. the only comment I would have is that sometimes they were a little intensive in persuasion, but otherwise satisfaction. Room cleaning-every day they tidied up nicely, made the bed, changed the towels and decorated the bed with the clothes we left on the beds. The cleaners were always smiling, helpful if you asked for new towels and always greeted us. The beach was nice, quiet and right behind the hotel. Only the sunbeds would need to be replaced, both by the sea and by the pool, they are worn out. I recommend a mat for those who don't like it. The male staff here are very attentive, helpful and smiling towards the women, but if you don't want too much attention, I recommend smiling at them sparingly and not flirting. Anyway, women have friendly attention, especially if they are unaccompanied. As for the guests, the hotel accommodated mainly French clientele, about 80%, so if you don't want to be in the company of Czechs, this is a good choice. Also, I recommend not to forget to get ready to give tips. The staff appreciate it and they deserve it.

Hello, some good and bad feedback to mention for this Resort. Generally, the hotel looks nice from the outside and the gardens are lovely and well kept. The downside is that the rooms aren't 4* value, the first room we were allocated: the shower didn't work, the AC was falling to pieces from the wall and of course they gave us the room near the rather loud sound system (not all day) but in the evening the music was on until 12:30. Also, the TV and wifi didn't work in the room, but you don't really need TV&wifi on holiday, I agree! If you arrive in Djerba airport, you need to be aware that the coach journey isn't 30minutes as advertise by the agency. It is a full 60 to 90mins journey to get there depending on how busy the drop off list is and the season of travelling. The food was good and the staff absolutely lovely! The reception team (and Director I believe) helped us to find a better and quieter room. However, the state of the room was still basic and below 4*. But at least everything worked properly. The rooms need a good refurbishment. Overall, the location of the Resort is great and the view stunning. I do understand that COVID had a very negative impact on the Hotel Industry worldwide, but is it a valuable reason to let a hotel deteriorating this way? This review is aimed to be forwarded somehow to the owner of the resort group. Kind regards

Très belle hôtel bien situé personnel d'accuei et de nettoyage super mashallah les femmes de ménage font un travail 👌👌elle ont mm nettoyer les baskets de mon fils rempli de sable . L'animation très bien esprit famille et jeune A l'intérieur une très belle boutique bazar (boisson fraîche jeux de plage vêtements bijoux et épices ❤️❤️❤️ et j'en oublie des articles) tenu par Adel un monsieur super gentil très commerçant et ses épices incroyable ❤️❤️ Ensuite également disponible dans l hôtel les activités extérieures ça ossi mashallah le professionnalisme de tt les personnes qui s'en occupe ( balade chameaux cheval quad 🔥 jet ski🔥et plein dotre chose expérience a tester et retester ) Personnellement je retournerai à cet hôtel avec grand plaisir et mon fils ossi
