It is a basic hotel, it seems that they did not have the budget to finish it because the bathroom lacks many accessories, they offered free breakfast, we left the room 2am and the charged my husband for a bottle of water
They did not have a courtesy, it is not the price of water but the attitude that counts.

Called in to report Air conditioner as it was not working. Repair man came in 3 times and it was still not fixed. It was so hot. There was no offer to move rooms. Also asked for a wake up call and the phone did not ring. I had a knock on door which made up for it. Breakfast was poor..service was also poor..also coffee was so strong it was not drinkable. Reported this to hotel front desk and all they said they would make a note. Also there was no coffee maker in the room. I dropped something under the bed and saw the dirt under the bed it was disgusting it seemed like it has not been sweaped in months. Lastly the toilet paper was so rough..the cheapest available.

I felt safe staying here with my kids. The view of the city from our room was beautiful. Walking distance are plenty of places to eat and safe to walk.

The staff is really nice and you are able to change money. They are very accommodating. The breakfast was good, everyday different options. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel was great, but when checking in I paid for a shuttle to the airport to arrive at midnight and when I was checking out there was no recollection or tracing for it and no shuttle so I had to order an Uber and didn't get my money back.

The staff was excellent starting from the front desk all the way to the cleaning crew, very polite, efficient, happy, did their best to satisfy our needs. I love the fact that they provide 2 bottles of water in your room every day for free. The beds and pillows were very comfy. A full Breakfast was included and it was delicious, fresh made homelets, eggs, fruits, cereals, pancakes, etc. I’d definitely recommend this hotel, you won’t regret it!

Wyndham hotel was a beautiful experience, the staff was wonderful from the moment we arrived, answered any questions we had and answered with kindness - I would definitely book with them as our hotel for our following trips

I really liked this hotel it had a very minimalistic vibe, eco friendly and clean. Some drawbacks 1. My shower sprayer was broke and would not stay on the holder once water was on. Also water was not hot and did not get hot. Lastly the front desk reception took my money and was not trying to give me change back. I mean let me tip you, not you just take!

Located In a very nice and safe area of Guatemala City,
Many great restaurants near by as well as other well known hotels. I would suggest a small refrigerator to keep cool water in the room

The he property was exactly like the photographs I booked this stay for my husband and his colleagues he enjoyed all the amenities and staff except for the parking attendant who was rude and demanding. Hospitality is clearly not his strong suit. Maybe a customer service refresher would be helpful to him. My husband did not know what the rules for parking were and for the same reason asked questions about entering and exiting. The attendant was very rude because of a minor mix up of when to turn in his parking ticket upon arrival for the reminder of their stay.
