ฉันมาจากประเทศไทย (I come from Thailand) เป็นโรงแรมที่สะดวก สบาย เดินทางจากสนามบินเพียง 10 นาที มีร้านอาหารให้บริการภายในโรงแรม เจ้าหน้าที่ สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีและให้คำแนะนำได้ดีมากเป็นอีกหนึ่งโรงแรมที่เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่จะมาเปลี่ยนเครื่องเพื่อเดินทางต่อ และที่สำคัญ โรงแรมมีบริการรถรับส่งสนามบินฟรี คำเตือน: ถ้าเดินทางจากสนามบินมาที่โรงแรมต้องระมัดระวังมิจฉาชีพที่มาในรูปแบบของคนขับรถแท็กซี่แล้วบอกว่าตามมิเตอร์เพราะผมโดนหลอกคิดเป็นจำนวนเงินถึง 900 เรียวบราซิล สำหรับโรงแรมนี้ ให้ไปเลย 5 ดาวครับ It was very nice place to go. I went there alone. There are many facilities and also have their transportation service between airport and hotel . There is a restaurant below the hotel . If you want to buy some water, some drink or snacks you can buy there. The staffs are very nice. They are able to communicate in English very well and we can ask for help from them all the time. 5 stars for this place🙏🥰

ตัวโรงแรมเองก็ดี การบริการที่แผนกต้อนรับแย่มาก คู่หมั้นของฉันเป็นชาวโปรตุเกส และฉันไม่รู้ว่าทำไมเขาถึงได้รับการตอบรับไม่ดี พนักงานในวันนั้นปฏิเสธที่จะคุยกับฉันทางโทรศัพท์ เพราะเขาไม่เข้าใจในสิ่งที่เขาพูดและไม่เข้าใจ ไม่อยากคุยกับฉันทางโทรศัพท์ สุดท้ายกลับสนามบินไปจ่ายค่าห้อง VIP แล้วไม่ได้ใช้ที่พัก

The hotel is nice for a short stay, close to the airport which is more important. If the transfer run more frequently would be even better.

Great place to stay! Very friendly staff, helpful! Good food and a nice smoking area! Thank you for making my stressful trip easy! They have a restaurant too and the food was great.

正常可以 找shuttle去酒店方法，出T2客運大樓過對面馬路上坡，找旅遊巴停車位置。 酒店車靠←左路邊停車，按整點等待

GRU 공항까지 셔틀버스 매시간 운영. 공항에선 매시 5분에서 15분경 도착하니 미리 가서 기다리세요. 호텔은 깨끗하기는 하지만 시설이 그다지 좋지는 않은데 조식은 그런대로 괜찮았어요. 도보로 5분 정도 가면 공항 전철역이라서 시내 가기가 수월합니다.

Перепутала случайно даты , написала через минуту в отель и через trip.com и напрямую. В обоих случаях ответ. Изменить невозможно. Хотя номера были пустые в нужную дату. Очень неприятно, больше не буду бронировать.
