酒店服務很不錯，幫着我們訂了去墨西哥城的大巴，非常有耐心。酒店的早餐在對面吃，很豐盛。房間很整潔，總體入住感覺都不錯。

Hotel construido en una vieja casona del siglo XVIII. Buena construcción, bien remodelado, con escaleras amplias, sin ascensor. Excelente ubicación, a un paso de la Plaza de la Paz y la Basílica Colegiata. Habitación amplia, espaciosa. Buena cama, cómoda. Mobiliario estilo colonial, muy bueno y suficiente. No hay frigobar, a pesar de los 30° que hay todos los días. No hay aire acondicionado, a pesar de los 30° que hay todos los días. Apenas un ventilador en el techo, curiosamente ubicado sobre un rincón de la habitación. Yo siempre los vi colgados en el centro de los ambientes que se pretende refrescar, pero como no soy ingeniero no opino. El internet llega solo en un radio de 10 metros de la recepción. Olvídese de tenerlo en las habitaciones. El desayuno es en otro hotel de la cadena que está a 50 metros. En mi opinión, desayuno muy mexicano, sin opciones para quienes no estamos acostumbrados. Un día pedí 2 tostadas y no tenían tostador, no hay mermeladas, ni fetas de algún fiambre o queso. El personal atiende bien a la gente.

This was a very unusual hotel. We never saw a single person, other than the receptionist who sat in the tiny entrance room, in our entire stay. A very noisy road ran right outside our room….it was loud from early morning until midnight. Our room was attractive, but the king size bed nearly filled the room….there was just enough room to walk around it, and not enough space to put anything. There was one luggage rack; my suitcase remainred on the floor near the balcony.

Super great stay. The staff were very nice and you couldn’t ask for a better location right in the middle of central historico. The included breakfast is a little difficult to get to but it’s well worth it.

The hotel is in a very central location, quite safe, close to everything. The room was very big with a view to the city. On the negative side, it had noise from the street because of that. The stuff is friendly. The breakfast is amazing! I would stay there again.
