A little noisy, because of the central location. Facilities are a little outdated, but functional, and so are the bed sheets, old but clean.

Good location next to the Basilica and train station. A little far from the restaurants and newer developed areas. Room service was not of a high standard, they did not replace the drinking glasses or provide new water bottles. Phone in the room was also not working to call for house keeping.

Hotel entrance was a bit hard to find but generally great hotel.

This is a great place to stay at as it is right in the center of town and you can walk to two mercados (Corona/San Juan de Dios) The hotel staff is very aware of your safety and room was comfortable (small) but I did travel alone. And the view for breakfast from the terrace was AMAZING.

If you want a basic spot to sleep this hotel is fine. If you want a window in your room make sure not to book a king room. The rooms feel a bit dates and very little if any maintenance. We were staying on 6th floor and with strong winds and thunderstorm approaching we had stuff falling on our terrace from the upper floor

セントロ街中にあり，移動に便利です。アメニティが、歯ブラシ，スリッパ、綿棒やコットン，シャワーキャップなどはありません。タオル類，シャンプー類はあります。お水宿泊者に1本サービスあり！スタッフは皆さん挨拶を交わし，明るい皆さんでした。徒歩圏に歴史的な建物あり、必見！

處於老城區的中心，旁邊就是教堂和廣場，人很多，晚上流浪漢也很多，在地鐵口，人員有點複雜，房間是挺大的，早餐餐廳在7樓，可以俯瞰整個瓜達拉哈拉城市，同時近距離的欣賞教堂,大堂reception people都能講英語，溝通方便，此🏨性價比還是高的，就是打車去機場或其它地方，要多留點時間，確實車太多，交通堵塞家常便飯

Personale Meraviglioso ... ma la sttrutura proprio decadente... Stanza senza finestra, quindi e partita la corrente per piu di 16 ore , e la stanza si trovava a 28 gradi!!! se non si ha una finestra, non si respirava... senza Bide , senza doccia telefono , presione del acqua inessitente., e con tutto questo nemeno un last check-out di piu di un ora!!!

此酒店感覺非常差！凡事都要收費，房間沒窗，也很小。人在房間，服務員會冒然進入！

餐食很不錯

地理位置很好，旁邊就是個歷史文化廣場。隔音很差，前台客服不好。其他旅客十二點左右都在check in了，就是不給我check in，一直給我拖到下午四點鐘💢很神奇，還沒給我cookies！建議大家別住這家，旁邊的one hotel都比這家強
