Near a lot of food options. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very polite and nice.

Lovely hotel in the centre, next to all the tourist places. Been here several times, some rooms are better then other...

The hotel itself is beautiful and the pool and rooftop are gorgeous, with stunning views of the city. The view wasn’t much on our side, just a wall.. but we didn’t spend much time in the room anyway. The location is absolutely fantastic, being just a 5 minute walk from the historic Guadalajara cathedral! The staff were helpful and polite - Would recommend to any friend to stay here!

Really nice clean hotel, since the arrive the staff members make you feel like family, all I see on them was a friendly smile on their faces, area is safe and you can ask any questions about Guadalajara, We buy a tour to tequila from the hotel, price are the same everywhere and we really enjoy, don’t waste time looking, all are the same, just buy on the hotel. About the internet, yes, there is bad reception, but you don’t need internet when you are on vacation, just enjoy Guadalajara and get the best of your stay. Thanks to all the stuff and we will stay back again!!!!

Warm water in the shower almost absent. Electronic door-key cards constantly have to be reactivated. TThe pianist at late afternoons is EXCELLENT.

I was treated poorly and believe it was based on my race. Their reception staff didnt speak English well and they had extremely poor customer service skills. I wasnt greeted when I arrived even tho I'm a silver member. The noise level was constant from the staff, hotel guests, and surrounding bars -- u heard music literally from 6 pm into the next morning!!!!

There was no coffee available. Had to go out every morning to get it. The key card to my room would stop working almost every day.

I am a regular travel , this place was amazing , clean, quiet ,and beautiful . I recommend this place to everybody , business, pleasure , family or alone . Please believe me , otherwise go and check for yourself.

Nice workers but tv and internet did not work well. Unable to watch tv movies or tv programs. Unable to use jacuzzi. Water from pipes come out dirty (old building).

I'm forget something there they told me was there, but I'm send someone else to pick up and they said Saturday wastes of time check everything before you go wont giving to you have to wait for the clean person to came

Vacation in Guadalajara. Hotel is in an older building and very nice. Fine view from the rooftop. The onsite restaurant offer a great buffet breakfast.
