We were so impressed with this location! We're a large group of relatives who have traveled together every midwinter. From our first call, Victor was super helpful and accommodating. We needed adjoining suites, and he was so patient and kind. We were shocked to hear that he is pretty new on the job! Angela went out of her way to check in with us and ask after our needs. We had a few small issues that everyone was so quick to remedy. There were some difficult, belligerent guests there and we watched the staff handle things with grace and aplomb. Michael as well was super nice and helpful. Really good people. We were really grateful to have stayed here!

I can’t say enough about this place. Staff is extraordinary, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is delicious. The breakfast area was very busy while I was there, but everything was always full. This is my go to whenever I’m in town.
