There are no slippers, no robe, no water in the room. Located in zone 4 of London, very far from the city center. Paid 250 pounds for two nights, my opinion is better to pay 20 pounds and be with all the amenities and be close to the city center.

The location is convenient. 10 mins walk to underground n go to Central London, just left my car at the hotel car park (free parking) till late evening.
Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable and it’s quiet at night. The bar/restaurant looks classic, though I didn’t eat anything there.

Very easy check in, free car parking friendly staff, ordered a sandwich as a chef the salad garnish had no dressing and no crisps just boring presentation which I am sure would help as at £6.95 would help solve this
Breakfast nice and the chef came out to check it about 3 times, let me check out a bit later
All in all great hotel and ideal location for getting in and around London

Average stay. However...
1. No ceiling lighting in rooms - only floor and table lights - which were fitted with antique bulbs which made it difficult to read in the evenings.
2. No telephone to reception in rooms
3. Toilet pan was unusually high
4. Room overlooked nearby housing but there was no privacy net/blinds so had to keep the curtains shut all the time
5. Breakfast options are very limited

We stayed here on NYE as went to an event at the ovo arena, was super convenient easy to get Ubers to and from. The hotel staff were lovely, check in was easy and we had dinner and breakfast their food was nice. Good variety of food at breakfast. The room was clean, the only negative was we could hear things from the rooms surrounding us like people using the toilet and plugging in plugs etc, but it didn’t disrupt our sleep.
Would recommend it and would stay here again!

Bridge Hotel is freshly renovated and looks and feels great! The service is first class. I visit the Bridge Hotel every week and will always go back.

We had a great time at the Bridge Hotel, it was the perfect location since it's close to the airport but also a 5-10 minute walk to the tube. Very easy to get into Central London. The staff was very accommodating when we arrived early on a flight from the US and got us the first room open after it was ready. Plenty of restaurants nearby in Greenford, the hotel is tucked away and quiet but there is so much right in that area. We highly recommend staying here!

Hotel was clean, breakfast was decent, good amenities. Decent location with nearby transport options. Slightly pricey but that’s just London prices. Overall very good experience
