Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Didn’t even have a hairdryer in the room and had to ask for it. Several things in the room were obsolete or falling apart. Not worth the price. Breakfast was unimpressive.

Our room changed immediately by staff. She took us the new room but also not available. We had to wait outside even though it was too hot. Not good service.

When we booked with trip.com I asked for hotels in Nice close to the train station because we were walking. Best Western Grasse was the first to pop up and said it was close. It isn't.. Total misrepresentation. We were not in Nice at the time. We tried several times to call but got a hold line. When we discovered the fact that the hotel was nowhere near Nice, we tried calling several times to see if we could transfer our monies to a Best Western in Nice, but no one ever answered the call. Our train to Nice Town was due to arrive at 11:30 pm. What to do? We needed a place to stay, so we booked Hotel Busby through Trip.com. We tried calling the hotel for a late check in because our train didn't arrive until 11:29 and they only checked in until 11:30. Seriously strange. Even Busby's driver tried to reach the hotel but NO ONE WAS ANSWERING THE PHONE. What kind of hotel doesn't answer their phone? So we booked ANOTHER hotel through *********** and they booked us for the wrong day and said we could not check in until 3 pm even though it was 2 am. Again really wonderful customer service..for two elderly people on foot. We finally booked a 4th hotel, in a very scary neighborhood for $200 after the train station closed and we had no where to go other than sleep on the street with the homeless...so no we are not happy and we seek compensation for this monetary and psychological trauma. What we went through is an outrage for anyone, but what if we had had little kids? My husband has a medical conditional that was exacerbated by this debacle. At the very least Our monies should be refunded by trip.com or the hotels or some sort of compensatory measure should be negotiated for what these hotels put us through. Linda Bown Kim Collier

Good hotel, unfortunately we have an issue with a black out of few hours

Hotel pulito, accogliente, parcheggio gratuito, ci vuole un auto per raggiungere l albergo

Bon séjour dans une chambre confortable sans machine à café, l'établissement est doté d'une grande piscine avec des parasols et des transats .

Stanza spaziosa e pulita, anche il bagno era molto ordinato e pulito. Ho soggiornato in hotel solo una notte, purtroppo ero di passaggio. L'hotel è curato e ben arredato sin dalla reception, il personale molto cortese parlava bene inglese. Essendo arrivata in serata mi hanno riservato un tavolo nel ristorante dell'hotel, dove ho mangiato bene. Terrò certamente in considerazione per futuri soggiorni.

Très belle hôtel mais chambre qui mériterait un relooking car assez vieillot . Le piscine est un gros plus .

Hôtel correct, un peu vieillot, chambre petite, pas vraiment un 4* situé loin de tout, voiture indispensable, mais un rapport qualité prix cohérent

Environnement de l'hôtel agréable. Personnel présent, disponible et agréable.

Personnel tres efficace, et d'une honnêteté rare. Merci a toute l'équipe
