We arrived yesterday, and the hotel has met and exceeded our expectations. First, the staff are amazing. Polite, freindly, well informed and good English. We were given a map and shown the best routes to various sites. The recommended restaurant was excellent amd am experience in itself. 5 stars to all! Secondly, the room met our needs perfectly, with a bedroom on the upper level and the sofa bed set up and ready for the second sleeper. The beds, pilliw and linens were very comfy. The balcony with table and chairs was an added bonus. Thirdly, the elegant and modern bathroom was top notch, from the toilet paper to the makeup mirror. The shower had good pressure, enough hot water and plenty of towels, I am now enjoying a very, very delicious latte and juice on the sunny terrace, as I decide on the breakfast choices from the buffet. Highly recommended and very glad we are booked for a second night!

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในย่านที่อยู่อาศัยเหนือทุกเส้นทาง ในการเดินคุณต้องไปถึงตลาดประมาณ 20Min เราไม่ได้คาดหวังสิ่งนี้และคิดว่าที่อยู่จะผิด สิ่งแรกที่เราประหลาดใจมากที่มีที่จอดรถขนาดใหญ่เพียงพอที่โรงแรม แผนกต้อนรับอบอุ่นและทุกอย่างเตรียมไว้ เซอร์ไพรส์ต่อไปคือพื้นที่สปาเปิดอยู่ มีห้องซาวน่า อ่างอบไอน้ํา และสระว่ายน้ําขนาดใหญ่ที่น่าประหลาดใจ แน่นอนว่าไม่ใช่สระว่ายน้ําโอลิมปิก แต่มีขนาดใหญ่และสวยงามสําหรับโรงแรม ห้องไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่ก็เพียงพอสําหรับวัตถุประสงค์ของเรา ทําเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมเหนือการท่องเที่ยวเงียบสงบในเวลากลางคืน แม้แต่งานก่อสร้างที่เรากลัวก็ยังไม่ได้ยิน เท่าที่ดูเหมือนว่าบางห้องได้รับการปรับปรุงใหม่ มีเพียงสุนัขขี้เหนียวในห้องที่ไม่ยอดเยี่ยม ในฐานะนักท่องเที่ยวไม่จําเป็นต้องตื่นนอนเวลา 6.00 น. อาหารเช้าไม่อิ่มแต่พอหมด ทุกอย่างดูสดและรสชาติดี พนักงานคอยดูเสมอว่าเวลา 9.00 น. ยังคงมีให้บริการที่บุฟเฟ่ต์ การเช็คเอาท์ราบรื่น ทุกอย่างพร้อมอีกครั้ง สรุปแล้วเรารู้สึกประหลาดใจและจะกลับมาอีกในกรณีใด

ข้อดีคือห้องพักมีระเบียงและทุกอย่างในห้องก็ OK วิวจากโรงแรม(แต่ไม่ใช่ห้องเรา) เยี่ยมมาก ข้อเสีย : wifi ใช้ไม่ได้ ผมถามพนักงานคนนึง เธอก็พูดว่า ”wifi ทํางานตลอด ถ้าไม่ทํางานแล้วคุณทําผิดอะไร” แล้วเธอก็ออกไป!!! พยายามคุยกับพนักงานอีกคน แต่นอกจากโชว์พาสเวิร์ดให้ผมดู, she couldn't/wouldn't help. รุ่งขึ้นมัน - อย่างกับปาฏิหาริย์ - ทํางานโดยที่เราไม่ได้ทําอะไร คุยกับพนักงานคนที่ 3 (ผู้จัดการ) ตอน check out เค้าบอกว่าพนักงานไม่รู้เรื่อง wifi อะไรเลย และก็แสดงให้ผมเห็นว่ามันทํางาน ว แต่ขณะเดียวกันเน็ตไปที่ terminal บัตรเครดิต หยุดทํางาน1 กระปุกขยะในห้องมีกลิ่นเหม็นมากจากการสูบบุหรี่/บุหรี่ ต้องวางไว้ข้างนอก ต้องจอง timelot ในร้านอาหาร ทั้งๆ ที่แทบจะว่างเปล่า (โรงแรมและร้านอาหารอื่นๆ ในเยอรมัน เพียงแค่ขอให้กรอกแบบฟอร์มเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ตามโคโรน่า)1 ห้องพักเล็กมากๆ

Das Hotel ist schnell zu finden, liegt sehr zentral im Ort und ist trotzdem idyllisch am Park. Alles fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz war kostenlos hinter dem Hotel. Wir hatten jeweils ein komplett neu renoviertes und sehr sauberes Zimmer; auch das Bad war komplett neu. Die Mitarbeiter im Haus waren sehr nett (auch wenn das Frühstückspersonal teilweise kein Deutsch konnte). Frühstück war reichlich und in ausreichender Auswahl. Auch hier war der Frühstücksraum neu und sehr sauber. Jederzeit kommen wir gerne wieder!

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Aussicht und biete viel Platz um die Ruhe und das Grün und die Berge zu genießen. Wir sind sechs Nächte mit einem 12 Monate alten Baby hier gewesen und haben dazu ein Familien gebucht. Bis auf ein paar wenige Punkte waren wir sehr zufrieden :) - das Zimmer ist nicht Teil des Hauptgebäudes sondern liegt etwas dahinter in einem kleinen Bungalow mit drei Einheiten. Die versprochene Terrasse ist daher leider nicht besonders sonnig, sondern eher überwachsen und schattig. - es gibt weder einen kleinen Wasserkocher (zB für Babynahrung), noch einen mini Kühlschrank. Die Fenster in den Schlafzimmern lassen sich nicht abdunkeln. - Neues Klopapier oder eine Mülltüte gibt es leider nur auf explizite Nachfrage - aufgrund von Personalmangel gab es an zwei der Abende kein Essen, trotzdem wurden E-Mails mit entsprechenden Angeboten verschickt - erst am dritten Tag haben wir im eine Zimmerreinigung gebeten, leider wurde dabei weder unterm Bett noch in den Ecken des Badezimmers geputzt. Grade mit Kindern ist das aber wünschenswert. - die Steckdosen haben (im Familienzimmer!!!) keinen Schutz: selber mitbringen!! Uns hat jedoch gut gefallen, dass wir auf Anfrage sofort ein Babybett inklusive Bettwäsche und Bezügen bekommen konnten. Außerdem ist man im Restaurant sehr bemüht, es auch den Kleinen recht zu machen :) Wir würden wieder kommen, allerdings sollte man sich vorher genau überlegen, was für Ausflüge man machen möchte, denn von hier fährt man fast an alle touristisch interessanten Orte etwa 40min.

We stayed here as part of a group. The hotel was very busy with both regional and international companies. We were amazed by the size of the dining room which was expanded nightly via adjoining room partitions to accommodate the masses. Our room was large and comfy with a built-in luggage rack and plenty closet space. What is certainly weird, and maybe this is a German thing, but my husband loved the instant cappuccino packs provided in the room, but these were never refilled. In fact, our mugs were left dirty and we had to wash them ourselves. No milk or creamer are provided, so you've got to take a little jug from the restaurant. No coffee or tea supplies were refilled during our time. Others in our group had the same experience. The front office service was hit or miss and generally I found them more engrossed in their tasks like balancing their floats than to attend to customers'. A front office agent should be forward facing I feel at all times, as otherwise you're looking at the staff from the side and trying to get their attention. The buffet was quite good as we enjoyed breakfasts and lunches daily. I wish the fish was done in different styles but I liked the variety nightly for dinner and lots of vegetable options. The dessert could have been was more innovative than mousse, mousse and mousse in different flavours with icecream. Some bread pudding, proper cake, a trifle or creme caramel, meringue, etc. would have been welcomed, especially by the international guests. I mean even German desserts like Apple strudel, Lebkuchen, Plum cake or other regional sweet would have been nice. Location is halfway between the railway station and the center of town and the little red land train to the castle starts & stops just behind the hotel so this is very ideal. We enjoyed the bar in the evenings. The bartender Salvatore was a delightful character; friendly and efficient despite not speaking a word of English. We would definitely stay here on a future trip.
