Had a great experience staying here. Service was top class, and in-house dining options are fabulous. As for location, it has great views of Goreme town and Uchisar castle from the roof. Provided tour booking options from reception, and airport drop off. Great value for money, and staff was friendly. Cleanliness could have been better in the cave room, as the floor mat was a bit dusty. However, everything else considered, we would love to return!

Konumu balonların kalktığı yerde, kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Isınma problemi yok. Kapadokya’nın otantik havasını hissedeceğiniz terasında manzarasına hayran kalacağınız bir yer. Hijyen açısından da çok temizdi.

Experiência incrível, quarto espaçoso e confortável, banho com chuveiro duplo excelente e ótimo volume de água. Staff muito atencioso. Um agradecimento especial ao gerente Mehmet que foi um excelente anfitrião e nos levou pessoalmente para uma visita à cidade subterrânea de Kaymakli quando não haviam mais guias disponíveis. Com certeza voltaremos!

This hotel “read” very well on their website, but in reality, it isn’t as good. It does however stand in a wonderful location overlooking some of the cave dwellings of 4,000 years ago. We were welcomed by two lovely ladies Sema and Ibesma (sorry for spelling), they showed us to our cave room which was beautiful but absolutely stifling, and naturally no air conditioning, after all it was a cave….modernised. The bathroom was huge with a bath and a sauna. We had to get two fan to run all day to try and keep the place habitable. The pool (infinity as per website) was no longer infinity, and was the size of a jacuzzi tub with no shady spots in what was 32c sunshine. There were however, some nice wicker sofa and tables in the garden but ALL in the sunshine, not 1 parasol to be seen, and along this area were a selection of planters with dead weeds/flowers. The Restaurant is open at 7.30a.m. – 10.30 for breakfast which is absolutely dreadful, cereals, soft, little fruit and restaurant staff of which there was 1 totally disinterested. The Restaurant re-opens again a 1pm – 6pm and that’s it for the day, you cannot have your evening meal here, one must walk down one of 2 VERY steep hills to the town where there is plenty of choice. We both arrived from Istanbul very unwell, I was unable to talk down to the town so there was no sustenance for me that evening. One of the ladies who welcomed us left this hotel’s employ while we were there to go to somewhere better with better management etc which this hotel definitely doesn’t have. Would I recommend it…..NO!

The location of the hotel is perfect.it is very close to all restaurants and a walking distance from the open air museum. Its located on a hill top with amazing views of the entire topography and brilliant views of the hot air balloons. The best part of the experience is the service provided. SEMA at the reception helped us with all the bookings at a-price better than any website. She was very helpful and guided well.The food at restaurant is great and the spread at breakfast is also good. Overall great service, location, food and great value for money,

Possibly the best hotel my mother and I have ever stayed in. Basically in the town center. Very clean, unique and all for a very fair price. Breakfast was delicious and the friendliest staff members, everybody was so lovely. Would definitely recommend!

I visited the Hotel on 16th May to 18th May. It was a really lovely and beautiful experience. Very neat and clean and the staff were more like a family. The trip advisor was Fatos. She was really caring and friendly. Loved it🫶🏻

We are staying during end of august in room 105. This is a beautiful looking hotel room, but is in desperate need for a ventilation system or airconditioning. The room gets extremely humid and warm (29 degrees plus) and the only thing to combat the heat is a very old and noisy fan. The room is also in need for a deep clean. We complained after the first night that the room is extremely dusty. We even offered to vaccuum the room ourselves but there was nothing that the hotel would do. We also requested to be moved to a cooler room, even if that meant moving to a smaller room. Once again, there was nothing the hotel could do. All in all the hotel and room have great potential, but we will be going home with a heavy mood.
