Amazing room with a superb view at the rooftop! We love their cats as well!

Cozy family run hotel. Only stayed one night. Lots of cats. Nice stay ruined by a tour booked by the hotel - Turkish dance. Beware we were overcharged - hotel told us it would be €60 per person (to be paid at the restaurant), which would include transport. Driver is the brother of the lady owner. Went to the dance, and they asked for €65 per person. A couple next to us told us they paid €40 per person. After we kicked up a fuss, we got a refund back however we still don’t know who was trying to rip us off: hotel, driver and/or restaurant. Do your research before agreeing to go on a tour organised by the hotel. That said, the car they organised for us was very reasonable (wife of said driver).

All the staff are nice. The view is good. But it is expensive.

我對於前台的工作人員非常滿意，入住的時候會介紹酒店設施，早上看熱氣球還會送上熱咖啡。但是！酒店的保潔之間拿鑰匙在未經我同意的情況下開了我的門，我當時在房間休息，突然有人把門打開了（我前提是已經反鎖了） 非常離譜！我進來也不知道她要幹什麼，我就説No！ 最後她説sorry就出去了，非常的可怕！而且酒店的房間不是很隔音，一早上還是那個保潔！在我房間門口擺弄滅火器，一直髮出噪音！！！

很坑人的酒店，房間照片貨不對板，2000元的雙人間還沒如家的大，極其簡陋。進出衞生間頭被撞好幾次，家人的手臂也蹭到石頭牆上。。

態度粗魯，服務差，體驗非常差。 酒店的價格是兩晚近1000歐元，比五星級貴很多。 checkin的時候我就告知酒店我們要拍婚紗照，酒店老闆説可以拍但要跟攝影師溝通下注意事項。 下午帶攝影師到酒店溝通，換了幾個工作人員就拒絕拍攝，態度非常非常惡劣，幾個人圍着我們吵架。給老闆打電話之後才説可以拍，然後剛才兇我們的人就回辦公室裏坐着了，連句道歉都沒有。 然後跟我們説如果第二天不下雨7點鐘會把陽台打開。 第二天拍攝的時候，沒有下雨，大晴天，詢問酒店能否上屋頂，他們拒絕開陽台，也拒絕退掉第二天的房費。 最後我們在房間化粧的時候又偷偷把陽台打開讓其他客人拍照。 洞穴酒店的設施和衞生也遠不及這個價格的標準，早餐口味很普通，房間裏沒有任何門簾，上廁所沒有遮擋。
