ห้องพักสะอาดมากและไม่มีกลิ่น แผนกต้อนรับพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีมาก ฉันต้องการรับและส่งที่จุดชมวิว และพวกเขาก็ช่วยเหลือฉันในการติดต่อฉัน วิวสวยมาก มีคุณป้าทำกับข้าวอยู่ข้างๆ

Location was up on the hill so you have to walk around 8 mins uphill from the bottom. Room was okay, nothing surprising but rooftop view is good. Overall 7/10

Good service by the hosts. We booked hot-air balloon rides with them and it was great! The room is nice for a cave hotel room and the breakfast buffet is quite good too.

Excellent hotel with a great terrace for viewing the balloons, lovely staff and also the best breakfast I’ve ever had. They booked the hot air balloon tour and also a day tour (red tour).

We really enjoyed our stay at Arinna Cappadocia! The owner, Mustafa, and his team went out of their way to make our stay comfortable and to ensure that we were fully taken care of when it came to transport and activities. In fact, Mustafa personally checked us in and gave us a mini orientation when we arrived at the hotel, despite it being pretty late at night. 🙏🏻 Regarding activities: if you’re the type of free and easy traveler that doesn’t pre-book their itinerary/tours until you reach your destination, the team at Arinna has you covered. We had already booked two tours prior to arriving in Cappadocia, but when we wanted to do camel-riding, horse-riding and a whirling dervish performance, we only had to tell them when we wanted to do and they took care of everything. The room we stayed in was very comfortable, had a great view of the hot air balloons in the morning, and WiFi was strong too. Water pressure in the bathroom was AMAZING. If I could give some gentle feedback, it’s that one of the rugs in our room was a little worn and the frayed edges made it a bit of a tripping hazard, and the main door creaks quite loudly as well. But truly, these were very minor issues that did not bother us much at all. Thank you again to the team at Arinna Cappadocia for taking such good care of two Singaporeans far from home! 💖

首先我定這家酒店就是為了去露台拍照，結果露台跟商家照片完全不一樣！欄桿上綁的全是很土很醜的燈，真是氣死我了，就是為了拍露台才來的，結果根本沒拍成，因為去坐完老爺車就沒有時間拍照了，所以我定了兩晚“熱氣球景觀”的房間，房間破就不説了，床單都是起球的，熱氣球早上衹飛一個小時，我們起床隨便看了一眼就接着睡了，房間的窗户特別臟，很影響美觀，跟商家照片完全不一樣，我特地為了這個露台去定你們家酒店，結果你們這樣和詐騙有什麼區別嗎？整個酒店都很破，又臟又破，我沒拍成照片，連睡覺都睡的很差，還這麼貴，完全不推薦，鎮上很多酒店又便宜又好睡，而且大部分露台不入住也可以去拍照，大家再看看別的性價比高的酒店吧

來都來卡帕多奇亞了還是打算體驗洞穴酒店，這個酒店的房間不錯，節假日預訂很火爆，訂了兩晚衹定上一天高級房，另一天是經濟房但比我預想的要好。 酒店位置比較高，露台如果天氣好看風景很不錯，可惜這幾天下雨沒看見熱氣球 早餐也不錯，到小鎮中心、觀景台都是15min左右； 需要注意的是提着行李行動不便，可以打車到酒店門口/從酒店離開

格雷梅安娜洞穴酒店 慎入！房間漏水嚴重，衞生差，早餐敷衍，服務態度冷淡，設施老舊，價格虛高完全不值，體驗極差，真心不推薦！

服務到位，酒店老闆很熱情會解答一切疑問，可以幫助預訂，也可以有點優惠，很方便

写真で見るより小さいホテル。窓を開けると階段や廊下から中が丸見え。旅行者と目が合いプライバシーが無い。 ホテルまでの道が舗装されておらず雨も降っていたので靴がドロドロに。 タイミングが悪かったのかホテルまでの道が工事で歩くところの配慮も声掛けもない。 周りにレストラン、商店も無く、食事や買い物は遠くまで歩かなければ無い。飲み物などは チェックイン前に買ってから行った方が良い。静かな環境な所なのに機械音がうるさい。 部屋内は蟻が多く、清潔感なく気持ち悪い。朝食時の椅子は汚いし、ソファーに虫が死んでいてもそのまま掃除がない。 朝食も毎日、同じ食事。*の焼き方の確認も最初だけで3日間、同じ物、しかも人数分無い。 部屋は床暖房が効きすぎて暑くて寝れない、冷房を18℃にしても冷えない。 ツアーに申し込まなかったのが悪かったのか勧誘がうるさく朝食まで邪魔される。

平台的景色還不錯。 定了最基礎的房間，是在最底層。能看出房間一半是巖石內挖出來的，一半是後面砌出來的。不好的是房間部分地區有落灰，好的是確實體驗到了純正的卡帕多奇亞風情。 房間有些細節不到位，如很多插線板和牆面的結合很脆弱，房間裏的地毯感覺要爛了。 早餐很一般，但就在觀景露台上，吃飯的心情很不錯。 總之是個很獨特的體驗。
