Gondia is a small town. It is one of the best in town. The hospitality is very good and the staff is very supportive.

Overall experience of stay was mixed. We were provided with cozy, neat and comfortable room stay with spacious plush interiors however the hotel staff was very unprofessional, they couldn't handle customer grievances or needs properly. Hotel check out time was informed at reception at 12 pm and next day morning during checkout they called and informed us that 3rd party bookings checkout is 10 am,

Hotel grand sita, seems like finest hotel in gondia, excellent service, super delicious food, well maintained rooms, very near and clean and hygienic. Easy to reach and sufficient parking space for vehicles.

The hotel room is good and value for money. Food is also good. I first book for two days but as i liked the hotel i stayed for another three days and whenever i came back to gondia i will stay in this hotel.
