Oda kahvaltı konaklama yaptık, kahvaltı tatmin edici seviyede idi.Konumu iyi. Fiyat performans oteli, Oda ve banyo temizliği özensizdi. Banyoda bizden önceki müşterilerin tüyleri duruyordu. Yataklar ergonomik değil, yenilenmeli sanırım

I was booking Shipka hotel for many year ,this year i book for all my family ,thank you all management for welcome “amenity”(Fruits and Champagne )thanks all team for unforgettable hospitality ,bartender Matvey was make yummy cocktails☺️ and shots meal was nice ,room was cozy and clean and nice sea view ,my family enjoy ,and want to come back . All the best for you and your hotel

We spent a couple of nights here to celebrate our wedding anniversary All the staff were very helpful the facilities were good and the food was excellent and always at a good temperature

I have stayed here many time at SHIPKA HOTEL but now is possible that it is the best VALUE FOR MONEY hotel in GOLDEN SANDS the manager YORDAN is exceptionall nothing is to much trouble for him and his staff and the food is probably the best hotel food I have tasted

Yes I stayed at hotel SHIPKA for 14 nights from 31st May until -4th June 2024 I want to say thank you to all the staff especially NADA, VENERA, and the Bar staff and to MUMCHIL who got a chair for me me to sit round the swimming pool as the sun beds are to low for me the staff are a credit to this hotel Also the food is excellent the only complaint I have about the food and I raised this with NADA the guest relations manager was that when lunch started at 1pm & Dinner at 6pm the CHIPS were always cold this was rectified afterwards I will be returning to SHIPKA HOTEL next summer but for 1 month

The food was Bland. Sunny Beach was good place to relax. The people in Bulgaria are fine. Food and grocery are expensive! However, Hotel Shipka did not offer any night entertainment or excursions tours. The Shipka hotel was quiet and peaceful. I give Hotel Shipka only 3⭐.

Worst holiday ever and I'm not a fussy traveller! Regretted wasting my money. A big group of loud obnoxious Bulgarian guests took over the pool area intimidating other guests and it was the management that lent them the speaker and encouraged them! They were then rude and unhelpful when I complained. There is nothing 4 star about this hotel. I've been in better 2 star hotels.

Me and my family had a stay booked in August at this hotel. I will be honest from the get go - the hotel claims to be a 4 Star place, but it's really just a high grade 3 star establishment, and I'm not saying it's a bad thing, but it is a bit misleading. The Hotel lacks in atmosphere and feel, but it's very nice and clean, no issues with hygiene. The staff is really-really nice, not everyone spoke good English, but communication is not impeded, and they were really helpful. I really hope their work is well appreciated and rewarded. The outside and indoors pools were really nice and clean as well, although the water was a bit cold at first, but still enjoyable. The poolside bar was really clean, and whenever there was a crowd there, the manager/owner would help out so everyone got what they wanted in due time. The rooms are a bit small, there's not a lot of space for your belongings, but if you plan on spending most of your time on the seaside or touring the city, then it won't bother you, like it didn't bother us. The cleaner ladies are sweet and really helpful, whenever we needed help, they were there for us. The all-inclusive food options were a bit limited, there were about 12 types each time they served food, including salads, meats, pasta, vegan food, french fries, soups, sometimes they would serve special dishes as well. The limitation on food variety is really acceptable though, so you don't have to worry about not having anything to eat. The only issue I can think of is that the food runs out quickly, so you might have to wait until they replenish the food that ran out. There are other amenities as well, but sadly I did not try them out, such as a pool table, football table, a sauna, and maybe others that don't come to mind. We had a little accident with one of the elevators, it got stuck right before it could rise to the second floor; but the engineers got us out quickly, and the staff did an amazing service recovery, so the overall experience was not damaged. Nice job guys. Overall, a really great experience, the Hotel serves as a great place to stay at if you plan to enjoy the city and the seaside.

Tourist service at a very high level. Regarding the balance between price and quality, quality is important at a very reasonable price. The staff is helpful with a smile and good reception. The furnishing of the room is excellent, presence of cold and hot water, regular cleaning, regular change of sheets. The canteen has a very rich and diversified menu with a rich presence of meat of all kinds, vegetables and fruits with all meals. The swimming pool and the bar have a high level of services.
