The room was spaciousamd clran. The loaction is great and close to the Ballarat Aquatic centre. Free parking available. Note that we had a step shower over a bathtub. The taps were out dated and the bathroom could be renovated though ot was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the curtains blocked out the morning sun if you needed a sleep in. Overall ,a very comfortable stay.

Very comfy, only one comment the rooms need to be aired, musty smell when you walk in, I think just fresh air needed but overall great stay slept well in comfy bed

The bed and the chairs in the room were extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the desk as I needed to complete some work while I was visiting. The absence of a microwave oven and the shower over a bath were the two concerns I had with the room. Staff were excellent - my mother, who is elderly, needed help with the T.V. in the next room and the staff arrived quickly to assist and treated her kindly.

The hotel is very close to to the Sovereign Hill, which makes it very convenient to travel back and forth (especially for the night show). The staff is very lovely. The room is nice and clean. Check-in process was quick and smooth!

Had an issue with the bed as it was in quite poor condition. The bed was advertised as a king and was 2xsingle beds adjoined and both beds were sinking in quite badly. Requested for the bed to be changed over after a sleepless night and the new beds were the same quality - ended up having terrible sleep both nights - the new beds may have been even worse than the initial one. Th hotel itself was good, great having the Day Sanctuary within Mercure and close to Ballarat main area.

Great place. Would definitely recommend it to anyone going to Ballarat.

Nice Garden. Convenient and quiet room.

Quiet place but just not the room we paid for. Reception a bit slow. But overall its good place to stay with.
