"Hello, first of all, we were very pleased with the hotel staff; they were a friendly and efficient team. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The pool was clean, and spending time there was enjoyable. We had a family vacation, and it was a hotel where we felt comfortable. The location was also great. Being in Yukarı Kaleköy, you can walk to the taverns below and the places around the castle above. However, the reason I deducted a point was unfortunately because we didn't like the room. When choosing the hotel on Etstur, the room features weren't described in detail, but when we arrived, we saw that there were rooms with balconies and gardens. We discussed this with the hotel management. Details about balconies and gardens should be included in the description section when booking to avoid misleading customers. Our room didn't have a balcony, so we couldn't enjoy it as much as we wanted, and we had a lot of trouble drying our clothes. Also, room cleaning could be done more carefully. Apart from that, it was a pleasant stay for us, and we thank the hotel owners and staff."

"it was a very good experience to stay in Azra Apart. Hotel is very well decorated and rooms are very spacious. There are all amenities in the room that you can use. Bed is very comfortable , room is very clean. Balcony is very nice to stay for having the cofeee/tea during sunset . Hotel staff is so helpful and you feel that you are at your home. One f the most amazing thing is the brekaftast that everyday they serve another amazing food like memenen, borek, pancake etc. I really liked to stay in Azra Apart. It is my destination for the next time for sure."

"Bu kadar memnun kalacağımı tahmin etmiyordum. Sadece hotel temiz hoş, personel yüler yüzlü desem eksik bırakmış olurum... Deneyimlemeniz gerekiyor kesinlikle. Ayrıldığımdan beri tüm yakınlarıma tavsiye ediyorum. Fiyatı iyi, konumu tam merkezde, dolmuş durağının dibi, banyoları sabun kokuyor, yatak yastık tertemiz, sabahları poğaça kokularıyla uyanıyorsunuz (alt kat meydani pastanesi), akşamları güzel mutlu kalabalıkla birlikte dondurmanızı yiyor sevdiklerinize hediyeler alıyorsunuz... meydanda ses olur diyorlar ama ses de gelmiyor camı kapatınca... klima çok iyi çalışıyor...akşam zaten sakin ortam... umarım tekrar gidebilirim:)"

Great hospitality (a nice present for you to remember, a specific island desert to welcome and not only, tea&coffee&water beside the fabulous breakfast with home made products and organic vegetables from own garden in the backyard), perfect clean, nice decorated rooms, always there to make you feel well and relaxed; language is not a problem,they speak English basic level. Breakfast served on the front terrace provides you a wonderful view of the Gokcead island,sea and Samotraki island. The family running the pansion is working with passion,onesty,dedication and everybody makes his own contribution (there are 3 generations)."
