Room was good. Shower water pressure was good. Had a bit of trouble with working out the heating - room ended up a bit too warm. There's no phone in the room to contact reception. Came with a welcome drink.

Nice stay. Public car park nearby £6 per day.

I liked it! Helpful staff, nice bar and a complimentary drink when checking in. 🙂

Room is clean, staffs are friendly and good breakfast. It's been a good stay.

Loved this hotel...great location, quiet, lovely modern decor complimentary drink on arrival, and tunnocks biscuit...no faults really ..only one tiny one was the coffee sachets in the room not so good, not sure what kind it was didnt look branded, not for me.. and not worth of a complaint really I do like a coffee in mornings in my room😉 other than this 10 out of 10 for me . Also I should probably mention you can have coffee downstairs also I was told of this on arrival. Xx

Location was superb for university of Strathclyde. It also offers family rooms that sleep 4 adults. I would prefer firmer beds but for the price we paid, we are happy with the quality of the amenities.

Friendly staff, my room had a horrible vibrating noise that came on at times in the night and made me feel like I was going insane!

One of the best hotel we went too. Room was clean and big. Bed was confortable and location is good cos near the train. The reception was helpful too. Was able to put the luggage first as we arrived too early. Highly recommended place to stay. 10/10

It was really nice and amazing hotel. We can play pool and enjoy drinks at the bar at ground floor. Staffs are really nice. Will be back.

Good for young people as it arranges gathering with drinks and snacks twice a week. Amenities are pretty basic, breakfast is quite good.

Booking was quite easy and they also allowed us to check in earlier just by signing onto Marriott Bonvoy. Also helped us leave our luggage with them before we actually departed. Location-wise, close to Glasgow Queen St station and the high street. Most of the staff are friendly and easy to communicate, and always keen to help out. Food is a tad overpriced, but it’s alright. Needs more vegan, halal/kosher options however. View from the room wasn’t that great but they provide you with clean towels and good quality toiletries, albeit no shaving or brushing kits. The lounge area in the bar is quite great with lots of activities (work desk, English pool, Photo Booth, arcade station). One issue was that we’d asked for some clean towels one night which weren’t delivered despite the promises.
