My husband and I (state pensioners) stayed at this hotel, paying £109.85p for our room for 1 night and the experience was shocking. When we went down for breakfast, we were barred from the dining room and told it was reserved exclusively for specific "groups" (asylum seekers). I didn't know I was sharing this hotel with ayslym seekers, I wouldn't have booked it had I known . As a partially disabled guest, I was told I had go up a flight of stairs (impossible) and find my way along a corridor to find the dining area in completely different hotel or to physically leave my hotel, walk out into the street, go around the block and enter this separate hotel just to get my breakfast. There was no day manager available to handle our issue when we wanted to complain. 'Its Sunday' the receptionist said as if that was an acceptable excuse. The front desk receptionist showed a complete lack of care or understanding. When I complained she was completely dismissive and didn't see the problem. She claimed someone "should have explained this" at check-in (they absolutely didn't) and suggested that the morning staff should have just brought me a selection from the buffet to eat in the small reception area or my room. I did not pay to have a random plate chosen for me, nor did I pay to eat breakfast in a small reception area where an ayslym seeker was sprawled out on a chair snoring. Outside was strewn with delivery bicycles, I can only guess he had a busy night. The lack of upfront communication, the total disregard for a guest with mobility issues and the substandard environment are disgraceful. Taking people's money without disclosing that your main facilities are closed to standard guests is completely dishonest. I am incredibly disappointed and will be pursuing a formal refund. Avoid this hotel.

Clean room, convenient location and friendly staff. Toilet good for those with mobility issues.

Convenient location, allowed early check-in and late check-out. No proper AC in room, just a climate control set to 20 degrees. Friendly staff.

Central to town center hotel close to amenities clean and tidy friendly staff room had plenty of room

A little further out of the city center but still accesible so give great value for money. Cosy rooms and exceptionally clean. Great service and friendly staff.

Service was quick and good. Room service good. Left my own house keys when I checked out and staff on phone were very helpful in locating them and holding them for collection. Will use again

Nice clean room that was as described. The location was about a 15 min walk from the central station and was very convenient

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly and very helpful as we got a twin room instead of a double. This was fixed as soon as housekeeping started and again super friendly and prompt. How ever the room it self was cold during the night. Bed a was not the must comfy once.

I enjoyed how quite the environment was and clean.
