Constantia is a traditional ivy-covered property overlooking the Canal du Midi. There are four excellent canal side restaurants in Somail, a supermarket is just 2kms away, the lovely old town of Narbonne 13kms, and the Mediterranean beaches 26kms. Le Somail is a perfect location from which to explore this fascinating region. A wooden staircase leads from the entrance hall up to the accommodation, which has a two bedrooms, one with en-suite. The accommodation is all on the first floor with an unused wine storage facility below. There is a magnificent split-level open plan living area with traditional beamed ceiling and windows on three sides. The well-equipped kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and gas hob. French windows open onto the roof terrace with barbecue, garden furniture and views across the vineyards. Amazing
We had such a fantastic, relaxing stay at this property. The gite and pool was just beautiful as was the surrounding area. Perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Would highly recommend.

Vive la grande piscine par 40 degrés à l’ombre au cœur du port du Somail, proche de nombreux restaurantsDommage que la machine à laver le linge n’ait pas été remplacée, et le ménage hebdomadaire pas assuré (le descriptif a été mis à jour après notre arrivée).Nos contacts sur place ont été aux petits soins.
