El hotel me pareció bonito, es nuevo, de hecho algunas áreas siguen en construcción, me pareció que es más bien para gente que va por trabajo más que para familias, la habitación es demasiado pequeña y sin espacio para poner cosas personales, tanto en el baño como en la habitación, aún yendo sólo a dormir me pareció incomoda la habitación y éramos sólo 3 personas. Recomendable si vas solo.

Visited Geneva to celebrate our 50 th wedding anniversary and stayed at the outstanding Ritz Carlton Hotel de La Paix, Geneva. The hotel and especially the staff are exceptionally outstanding in every way. The hotel was elegantly beautiful, old world charm and beauty with striking modern accents. But most of all, the staff from the doorman to the reception staff, the concierge, and the manager as well as the staff from the Living Room Kitchen and Bar were always warm, welcoming and ready to help make our stay a trip of a lifetime. We will always remember our stay and the staff at the Ritz Carlton Hotel de LaPaix. Thank you to all!

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights during a family vacation and were extremely happy. For an inexpensive hotel, the rooms were decent size (by European standards), and very clean and comfortable. The location was terrific, just a short tram ride to the downtown area (as an added bonus, we were given a free pass for all Geneva public transportation from the hotel). The staff was also wonderful. Very friendly, pleasant and accommodating. Would not hesitate to return.

The Geneva Marriott is an attractive, contemporary hotel located roughly near the airport, and since the shuttle doesn't run that often, you might be better off making the walk, as I did. For me it was a matter of some 20 minutes, but depending on your starting point at the airport, it could easily be less. Much closer to the hotel is the quite large Balexert shopping mall at 7 or 8 minutes' walk. The center of town can be also be walked to, as the way is rather straightforward, though it is noticeably farther than the airport, making the trams that stop very close to the hotel an option. Of course you will have to ask for your free Geneva public transport card, as the hotel makes no mention of these at its own initiative. I liked the fact that I was offered a late checkout immediately on arrival. I didn't like hearing that breakfast is available to platinum Marriott Rewards members in the executive lounge only, a marked departure from standard practice elsewhere in Europe - not just at Marriotts, but also, for example, at their large American competitor also located near the airport. As it was, when I was ready for breakfast on the morning of my one-night stay, it turned out that something had gone wrong and as a consequence, breakfast was offered only in the restaurant. The assortment there was between good and very good, which I'm sure wouldn't have been the case in the lounge. The lounge had already disappointed the previous evening. I went shortly before 18:00 just to make sure that food would still be available when I was expecting to have the time, just after 19:00. The employee said yes, but there was virtually nothing left when returned; she might have had the courtesy to mention that they would stop replenishing dishes, but this would have required some thought from the guest's perspective. The gym was not so great, either; from a large and modern Marriott I'd expect better. All in all, acceptable, but if breakfast in the lounge is as meager as I suspect, then I would probably not favor this property.

Tout le personnel est souriant, accueillant, sympathique, à la réception, au bar, aux petits-déjeuners, c'est si rare aujourd'hui qu'il faut le souligner. Ce bel hôtel est situé à quelques minutes à pied du lac et à proximité de nombreux restaurants de tout style culinaire et pour toutes les bourses. Un parking souterrain est disponible contre supplément bien sûr, mais indispensable dans le quartier. Nous avions une agréable chambre ”exécutive” avec une grande terrasse au dernier étage, avec une vue sur le Jet d'Eau mais pas sur le lac. Normal, ce n'est pas indiqué dans le descriptif de la chambre. En résumé, nous avons passé un très agréable week-end au Novotel et dans cette très belle ville internationale qu'est Genève.
