It is an old hotel so the lifts are slow and old.
There is renovation work so a bit inconvenient that some workers walking along the floor.
The Michelin restaurant service is perfect
As per usual. Very nice hotel. Great rooms, service. Hotel on the edge of the lake. What else can you say?! I have spent a lot of time around the world and Geneva in general is one of my favourite places. But when you stay here, the experience is heightened.

Despite the pre-holiday rush, he always responded with pleasure to the requests of our large group and prepared exclusive cocktails for us. A lot of cocktails – which was especially delightful! Giovanni paid careful attention to the composition of each drink, always taking the time to discuss the details and our preferences. He didn’t just do his job; he did everything with genuine care and attention. We truly appreciate his professionalism and personal approach. I’d also like to mention that the communication with Giovanni was pleasant and comfortable – he created an atmosphere of warmth and coziness, which added a special charm to every evening. Thank you for always being ready to help and for eagerly responding to all our requests!

Giovanni surrounded us with a light, sparkling atmosphere. At the request of our group of friends, in honor of one of our friend's birthday, Giovanni prepared signature cocktails and special cocktails for Valentina Paevskaya. Each cocktail surpassed the ones previously made with these recipes. The cocktails were crafted by bartenders from Waldorf Astoria and Four Seasons in the Maldives, but it was Giovanni in Geneva who gave us a personal taste that was uniquely Valentina’s. I must highlight that the taste of the classic cocktails was top-notch, and considering our large group of 8, the speed of preparation and the brilliance of the custom presentation were beyond praise! All the evenings we spent at the bar were truly wonderful thanks to Giovanni. A huge thank you! We can’t wait for our return!

We stayed just one night here, before an early flight back to the US, and it truly was the best location for a quick trip! Right at the pedestrian bridge we could walk into the old city, go shopping and have easy access to tons of restaurants. The rooms were large and lovely, and we visited the pool and spa which were beautiful. We had lunch at the bar and drinks late at night, but I would suggest reservations for dinner as it was very busy then. Overall a great stay in a lovely hotel!

Four Seasons Group went through a rocky patch when they expanded too swiftly and the high-quality team was diluted across too many new properties. The Group has learned and has been investing heavily in rebuilding their signature service and quality reputation. This property has always been the premier property in Geneva and the accolades are well deserved. Ambience Similar to The George V, the property exudes opulence in a refined way. It boasts two high-quality restaurants and a premium location, as well as patio dining and lounge seating. The room, whilst traditional, is quiet with good double-glazing and all the desired technological features. Soundproofing was very robust and, although one pillar of the property is on the road, it is a quiet property overall. If you have a choice and you wish to avoid the main road, select a lake view or otherwise a courtyard view. High floors naturally are preferable. The team have always been very polished and capable. Service Attention to detail of the team was reflected in every way. Team members swiftly recognising the guests, little areas of special attention in the room, and swift handling of requests and questions. Breakfast is either in the lounge or in the Il Lago restaurant, with a small buffet but an à la carte cooked menu. Service was excellent and flawless in every regard. The Spa, which we did not have a chance to visit, has excellent products and a good reputation and the gym, unusually, is on the upper floors with a superb view and a light and airy ambience. We will return.

Honestly, this was the worst experience of our lives. The hotel feels like it’s run by a club of amateurs. The service was an absolute disaster. We waited 40 minutes for our breakfast, only for them to bring the wrong order. No apology, no effort to fix it—just pure incompetence. Avoid this place if you value your time and sanity.

That’s ridiculous, they have thief’s team operating in the hotel, that knows where each of cameras are placed, Berluti bag was stolen with full of things in it, and it was stolen at reception in a seconds, when I put my bag there and turned for a second they just stole my bag with reception full of staff that’s very bad for “safest country” and one of “best hotels” don’t go there

Everything about this Four Seasons is exceptional. From the first day we walked in, The Manager. Mr. Moury, greeted us with his warm and happy smile. The staff is excellent and is always working to please which is a clear reflection of leadership. Nawfel and Marie in the main bar were delightful. The Asia-Peruvian Fusion restaurant, Izumi, is top shelf.

The entire experience was wonderful! The staff was always there. The communication through the what’s app was great! The service , guest room , quality Of Food exceptional. I had the most romantic and unforgettable stay of my life at the Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva. The hotel is a historic landmark on the shores of Lake Geneva, with stunning views of the city and the mountains. The location is perfect, close to the main attractions and shopping areas. I stayed in a suite, which was very spacious, elegant, and comfortable, with a separate living room and a luxurious bathroom with bathtub, the view is overlooking the lake. The room also had a lot of amenities Nespresso machine. The service was impeccable, from the check-in to the check-out. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to my every need. They made me feel welcome and pampered. I especially want to thank the concierge team and the guest relations team for helping me plan and execute the perfect surprise proposal for my girlfriend. Lorena, Jochem, Giulia, Justine, thank you all for your assistance and discretion. You helped me decorate the room with candles, roses, and champagne. It was a dream come true. A special mention goes to Audrey, who saved the day when the flower shop declined my order for a bouquet of roses at the last minute. He managed to find a solution with florist and delivered the flowers, just in time for my arrival. I almost had a heart attack when I heard the news, but he handled everything with professionalism and grace. Audrey, you are a star. The Four Seasons Hotel des Bergues Geneva is more than a hotel, it is a fairy tale. I can’t thank them enough for making my stay and my proposal so special. It was an experience that I will cherish forever. spend a great lunch in the terrace of this hotel, we really enjoy the service and the attention received, dishes where excellent and well prepared, ono sole issue was the welcome hostess that, first did not wanted to offer us a table outside, claiming that all was fully booked, we where surprised that this was not the case wen we left. all over excellent

There is some civil work and renovation in the hotel I’ve stayed in the 6th floor and barely could sleep due to noise and when I complaint about it I got sleeping oil also I was not confident about cleaning service since I found hair and dirty glass upon checkin although the apologies about it with some treat but I found it ridiculous for the amount of money I paid for the room and I couldn’t have enough sleep and it ruin my overall experience and time in Geneva. it’s not the first time but will be my last time
