I love Yogyakarta and it was great to return back after several years. I decided to stay close to Malioboro and this hotel provided a nice quiet stay. The hotel staff are amazing - they went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I had the wrong adapter and they were kind to share one during my brief stay. Although I arrived early, they allowed me to cool down in the lobby area and got my room ready before the normal check-in time. The room was perfect and I got a good night sleep. The breakfast was ok but it had fresh fruit each morning so I was happy. The plus for me was the hotel being less than a 10 minute walk from the train station if you take the train from the new airport. There are plenty of dining options nearby but I found the Grab delivery service to be ideal if I didn't want to walk out in the busy streets of Malioboro. Overall, I got a great deal from this hotel and the staff were outstanding. I had a wonderful time in this great city.
