We have brillient experience in the Fern Denzong . The staff are very well behaved, carring , smart and obedient. We feel homely here and never we felt that we are out of our home. All members, specially @Rishika and Manisha served us like a daughter. In fact, I recalled my daughter how she cares me and my wife. These two girls are the gift for Ferns, though all are very special. And service is also good @Anjala and sudip Dr Dinesh Mishra

The Fern Denzong Hotel & Spa Gangtok is an excellent property to stay if you are visiting Gangtok. This property has rooms that offer mesmerizing mountain views and property is just 5 mins from most happening MG Marg. The staff at this hotel is most humble, polite, helpful and energetic which is an cherry on cake for this property. I would specifically like to mention "Ms. Anusha", an staff member at this property who made our family trip memorable with comfortable stay from the beginning. She is one of the most sweetest, caring, courteous, helping and will always greet with her infectious and charming smile at the front desk to lighten your day. I would like to mention the management at The Fern Denzong Hotel & Spa Gangtok to never lose this gem that you have! I would definitely recommend this property to my friends and family as well as for sure all my bookings for future Gangtok vacation trips will be at this property. I would also encourage anyone seeing this comment and planning for a trip to Gangtok to make booking at this property without a second thought.

Good hotel, Front office Ms. Risika Ms Manisha Ms Jenna were very polite and friendly good staff and good service. The food was also very nice Ms Anjala was very good Mr. Nandan chef was also very good and friendly............................

The Fern on Kazi Road is a wonderful hotel right by the roadside, no climbing to access it, which is very common in Gangtok, just 5 minutes from the MG Marg. Lovely Hospitalality by all the staff, Anjala, Radhika, Laxman to name a few. Will surely come back.

Excellent hospitality.. Services are prompt.. Staff found very active and helping..experienced the same with staff named Rishika and Manish .. Variety of food ..Rooms are quite spacious.. Restaurant is amazing.. Ambience is superb... enjoyed my stay.
