Gorgeous room and a nice upgrade. The room was spotless and absolutely massive. Excellent service. Extremely comfortable beds. The pool and jacuzzi etc was free for guests and very clean and nice.

Arrived at around 3 Pm, air not working in the room, asked for maintenance and it was electrical so they gave us a fan🥺 overpriced for this kind of service, asked for another room, frige didn’t work . The location was great, close to shops, restaurants and bars. The train station is just a short walk. The ocean view from the front of the hotel was nice. There is a walking trail to the beach that was nice. Overall a great area to visit.

I would recommend it to travellers seeking a convenient and relaxing hotel experience in Galway.

Nice location

Beautiful hotel, overlooking the water. Pool with sauna, steam room and an outdoor hot tub. Wonderful breakfast. overall a great experience. Walking distance to all you would want in Galway. Wonderful staff to direct you for whatever you need.

房間設施很老很舊，床品有灰塵。晚上旁邊有酒吧跳舞，音樂超級大聲到凌晨兩點半，根本沒有辦法睡覺。窗户外是垃圾場，沒有海景，離海灘很遠，出門也沒餐廳，需要開車去。早餐也沒什麼好吃的，關鍵停車還要14歐一晚！總之愛爾蘭住下來最差的酒店，和價格完全不匹配，離譜！大家避雷！

停車場很大，但要收費。酒店的餐廳不錯，晚餐和早餐都可以。

He pagado 540€ por dos noches, una persona y desde ayer por la noche, hasta ahora que me he marchado a las 9.45 h. No ha funcionado el agua del wc. Lo avise esta mañana cuando baje a desayunar a las 7.30 hasta las 9.30 no vino el técnico parece que lo dejó funcionando pero en cuanto se fue ya no funcionó, he pedido un cubo para echar agua que no llego y finalmente usé la papelera de la habitación para echar agua. A las 9.41 grabé un video y lo enseñen recepción y adelantado mi salida del hotel más de dos horas porque esto es vergonzoso. Para colmo el día que lleguea las 15.15 mi habitación no estaba lista, el recepcionista tomó nota de mi teléfono para avisarme. A las 16.00 volví a preguntar, el recepcionista se había marchado, mi habitación estaba lista pero nadie me había llamado a pesar de estar en la cafetería del hotel. Y además la habitación que me dieron la ventana daba a la recepción del hotel, que es como no tener ventana. Solo puedo hablar bien de la encargada del restaurante ese día en el desayun, que trato de agilizar todo lo que estuvo en su mano para agilizarlo hablar con recepción, etc, y se preocupó en hablar y atenderme en codiciones. Todo lo demás muy decepcionante.
