Friendly, clean, cheap and the location was great

Kind staff

房間整潔乾淨，位置不錯，過條馬路就是海邊。酒店附近有一家很好的本地餐廳。空調跟美國大多數酒店一樣，老實、噪音很大。酒店服務就一般般吧，

If you are looking for amenities this is not it. Nothing against red roof but it's a smaller property on the seawall and things are about convenience. The beach is right there, perfect location. Washer and dryers were great. This is a dog friendly place and that was my priority for this trip. It is absolutely pet friendly and that is important. If you don't want animals around, don't go. If you need 5 star hotel, don't go. For us it was great, staff was great too.

Room was clean, beds were comfortable and staff was great. Only complaint was I had to go ask for a bath mat because it wasn’t provided. Phone didn’t work either but that’s nothing that worried me. Overall, I’d go back here again.

Booked the stay for 4 people. Room only had 2 towels in it. When we asked for more we were told they wouldn’t have anymore until the morning. Lucky we had beach towels that had not been used at the beach earlier. Other than that room was great

We had to remind them that we booked an accessible room, because they kept trying to put us on the second floor. And while the room we ended up in was on the first floor and had a shower seat there was no pull bars near the toilet which was a challenge. My husband shouldn't have to argue to be given the room that we booked. Parking was fine but we didnt come and go during the peak busy hours. The floors were gritty which I can forgive because we were so close to the beach but there was also a long black hair in one of the bedsheets. The pillows were incredibly soft which gave no support. Also though only 3 pillows per queen bed was strange.

Our travel companion is handicapped and needed a roll-in shower. He specifically called and spoke to person at the property and reserved that room not just an assessable room. He called more than a week prior to make sure it was available and was assured it was reserved. We got to the property and were told the room was not available. The man on duty says well I can cancel your reservation and you can go somewhere else. This was 4th of July weekend on Galveston Island. Not many choices at this point. Do better!!

I booked an accessible room, called last week to verify it had a roll in shower. Upon arrival I was told, nope. It has a tub. And they’d cancel my room if i wanted to go find some place else. On top of that, there were no hand towels or wash cloths in the room. I’d never stay here again
