เบสท์เวสเทิร์นพลัส ซีวอลล์ อินน์แอนด์สวีทส์ บายเดอะบีช

The room was fine and the location was perfect for the fishing docks. But there was a man banging on a door at 1am because his daughter was locked in. I feel for them but the hotel attendant acted like there was no way for them to help when we called.

The place was clean very friendly great service. The bed was the best.

Her şey çok güzel

Для Галвистона хороший отель, чисто, завтраки слабые, но в целом нормально.

Room was clean but the carpet had a funky smell even my toddler noticed, our shower head was not working appropriately and we requested to move rooms instead a maintenance guy come over and kind of fixed momentarily, we have to park on the street since no parking was available, I understand it was 4th of July weekend but if you don't have enough room for your hotel don't have that many rooms. Staff was helpful specially the house keepers and the people on the breakfast buffet other than that I would not stay here again

The owner and the front desk lady had the best customer service I’ve ever experienced, will definitely book again , great experience.

To begin with the staff was super helpful, kind, and willing to go above and beyond. The hotel itself is a different story. The bathroom, in particular the bathtub, was grimy and gross. Don't even try to use the dryer, which cost $2 in quarters to begin with, because it doesn't dry anything. Which I was told management knows about but is unwilling to correct the problem. Which shows in the rest of the building. On a side note the breakfast was good.

I spend the night in a room where the air conditioner didnt work. At best it was a fan. Then they brought me a fan which wasn't enough. So had a miserable night in a humid room. Also, bed was too hard.

breakfast very good quality for standard fare. Would definitely recommend having a prearranged plan to get to hotel if going from Houston airport. Can be very expensive if cab or uber. Best to rent car. Be careful of being charged by both transportation driver and hotel for travel from and to airport.
