I loved the beautiful view from the swimming pool overlooking Mount Merapi and Mount Singgalang — truly a unique experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was peaceful. It’s a great place to unwind and enjoy nature. Unfortunately, the weather was cloudy during my stay, so I couldn’t enjoy the mountain view as clearly as I had hoped. Still, the overall experience was relaxing and worth it.

When you stay in this hotel if you can afford it then choose room with mountain virw, it is stunning view when weather permit

Stay awesome but trip.com and hotel did not liase well book and paid for mountain view on trip.com but hotel did not get message for mountain view. Already paid more for view and got to pay extra to upgrade to mountain view

Just ok. Floor trap problem. Food good. Location good. So many ant in my room. Overall was ok.

Not as I expected as 5star hotel n resort. My room has big fungi spot at d wall really not nice to see. There were not sleepers, laundry bag, floor towel,hand towels, I have to call the hotel than they delivered it to me. There were no stationary too. Breakfast just fine with small choices and there were no napkins. They only provide small square n sharing tissue box at the buffet table. Not comfort for me with toddler to go repeatedly to take tissues. The atmosphere was nice and separated with d new building

this hotels views are the best. but the service a little bit slow. We arrived hotel at 1.30 PM and check in, but the receptionist tell us the room not ready yet. we waiting about 1 hour and half till we can enter our room. but over all this hotel is good.

The best part of this hotel was the view in the infinity pool. You got to see it!
