From the second we stepped off the seaplane, we were hit with nothing but warm smiles and an incredible welcome. Our island host, Iku, was a total rockstar—he had everything dialed in from day one. He made sure we had our week perfectly planned, from dinners and spa appointments to our anniversary plans and excursions. Iku even sent us little reminders throughout the day, which made everything so chill and easy to follow. Our Infinity Villa? Unreal. The view was something out of a dream, and the weather was spot-on every single day. Room service was super consistent—you just knew when they’d show up, like clockwork. We went all-in with the premium package through Travelzoo, and it was 100% worth it. Iku made sure we knew exactly what was included and helped us take full advantage of everything. Now, let’s talk food. Honestly, it’s hard to pick a favorite restaurant because they were all amazing. Raiyvilla had these killer views and a menu we couldn’t get enough of. We did the all-you-can-eat sushi night, and wow—it was legit. Every restaurant gave us three-course meals as part of the package, and we were living the dream. Even Ocean Spice, which was vegetarian (not usually my thing), blew us away with its flavors and spices. The staff totally made the experience. Shoutout to Gayan at the bar, Chabin, Ronaldo at the buffet, and Herath at Amigos—they were all incredible. Special love to Amanda and Kamal, the chefs who nailed some Mexican dishes just for us. They passed the test! Nandary at Raiyvilla also made our dinner unforgettable, and the rest of the crew was just as awesome. And then there were the buggy rides—Milan and the other drivers were so cool. Milan even showed us his scuba diving videos (you’ve gotta ask him about those). The nightly entertainment was a blast too. We lucked out and caught some performers from Colombia during our stay—so much fun. The entertainment team really went out of their way to make things personal and get to know us. I even closed the night singing "La Bamba". Picking Furaveri was hands-down the right choice. Being from Arizona, we’re used to the usual spots like Cancun or Cabo, but flying halfway around the world was totally worth it. Every detail, from the airport pickup to the drop-off, was smooth and stress-free. The airport host even stuck with us all the way to the luggage drop-off and security checkpoint, which was a nice surprise and showed how much they care. Dear Team, The only good thing is the view, otherwise it will ruin your trip and makr you blood pressure high. Please dont visit. Find my experience below: It is disappointing to see such five star resort operate purely as a business with no genuine sense of hospitality. During our stay, we have encountered several issues, one of which occurred just a few minutes ago. The so-called complimentary services have proven to be almost worthless. We are on an all-inclusive premium plan and have paid a significant amount for this experience, yet the staff seems more focused on denying services than accommodating guests. For instance, we were denied our spa service because we were 9 minutes late due to a delayed photoshoot scheduled at 10 AM. Despite requesting the resort host to adjust the timing by half an hour, we received no support. Even when booking on the first day, we were told no other slots were available, except for 10:30 AM on December 18. The host has been consistently uncooperative, responding selectively to messages and ignoring our concerns. Requests for timing adjustments were repeatedly met with “It’s booked” or “Not possible,” without any attempt to find a solution. The restaurant experience has been equally disheartening. Despite plenty of empty tables, every restaurant we approached claimed to be fully booked, turning guests away without food. This creates the impression that we are being forced to eat only what the resort dictates, leaving us feeling trapped. Another incident occurred at the water sports area when we requested a snorkeling kit, which is supposed to be complimentary. The staff rudely told us none were available and asked us to return in the evening. After explaining that this timing was useless for us, they continued to ignore our request until we mentioned reporting the incident on social media, at which point a kit was found within minutes. This pattern of behavior—especially the bias against north Indian guests—is unacceptable. Instead of making us feel welcome, the resort appears focused solely on exploiting its visitors. Hope not to visit this family of resort again and never recommend this to anyone. My wife had fear of being trapped in this island so much that she forced me to return the borrowed snorkling kit before 4PM otherwise they will trap us over here. At last in the name fruit basket they sent rotten fruit.

A good resort with a very beautiful reef, delicious cuisine and friendly staff. Andrey accommodated us, gave us a tour of the island and was a translator throughout our stay, helped with everything, from booking excursions and restaurants to negotiating the wedding ceremony. The animators are just super, Zizu and Nastya did not let us get bored throughout the day and until the evening. Exercises, stretching, aquafit, volleyball, competitions and more - it was cool and interesting, the fire show was generally "magic". The bartenders and waiters are very attentive, quickly remember your preferences in cocktails and alcohol. The cocktails themselves are 3 out of 5 (small volume, a lot of ice, the taste is not rich). The rooms are cleaned well 2 times a day. There are questions about the hotel rules, for example, in the morning upon check-out until 6 am they do not feed you. If you book a restaurant, then eating in the central dining room is prohibited, although, for example, we missed lunch the day before, but no one takes this into account (if you don’t eat enough in the restaurant, you go hungry, and this is with All inkl. premium). Cool idea with a minibus around the island. The gym needs to be updated and in water sports, masks, fins, and equipment should be updated. You can only swim 100 meters from the point of issue on a kayak, which makes no sense to rent it. Special thanks to the manager Antyu for organizing the wedding ceremony. We were at this resort for the first time, I would like to leave my reviewWe were completely satisfied with our stay here. pleasant and attentive team, they always smiled at us and were ready to help with any problem. ☺️very tasty food and good housekeeping service( Thank you Shabuddin) Also on the island there was a ceremony of marriage, which we really liked.♀️♂️♥️ I would like to separately thank Nastya and Zizo! the guys are just wonderful animators!They arranged entertainment programs every day from morning until evening. we took part in different activities(aqua aerobics, charger, volleyball, dancing). Also in the evening the guys put on a great show at the bar! It was also the most beautiful fire show I have ever seen in my lifeWe always had fun with them and enjoyed communicating with them. Nastya also happily translated for us into Russian on any questions we were interested in, since we don’t speak English well. Fantastic Property for Family vacation. Visited to celebrate our Anniversary and they made it very special. Glad to choose this resort. Special thanks to Shaily ( Island Host ) - she is superb in her job. Felt like paradise stay. Travelling with a toddler wasn't easy but their facilities are very good like baby chair everywhere, kids zone etc. Made it easy for us a lot..

We came to Furaveri for the 5th time. As always everything is great. The island is developing, new restaurants have appeared. All this thanks to the hotel manager Ibad Abdulla and his best team. We have always lived in Dhoni pool villas. In addition to the pool, they installed a jacuzzi. Opposite these villas is the best beach and entrance to the water, although there is a good beach everywhere on the entire island. The cleaning of the villa was excellent, thank you Amir Special thanks to the chief of the restaurant Moustafa Abdo. A lot of meat and fish dishes, European, Indian cuisine, Italian. Every day the cuisine changes: Maldivian dinner, Italian, Indian, Chinese... Lots of fruit, there is always ice cream, pancakes for children with many toppings. I would like to note the restaurant staff who are professionals: Ibrahim Restaurant manager, Manu, Monir, Saflin, Ashico, Haitham. My wife always goes to the spa and this time she went, she says the four-hand massage is the best. We went fishing at sunset, my son and I caught 3 fish, it was great. We were there for , the hotel team did a great job decorating the territory, there was a great fire show. I forgot to say, now the hotel has its own lounge with snacks, cold and hot drinks, etc. at the airport while you wait for the seaplane. We hope to come next year for the 6th time! See you friends!♥️

MAGICAL is the word that comes to mind when I think of our recent trip to Furaveri Resort – From the welcome you are being made to feel that you are the only guest that is important. The staff are very well trained and informed about all on the island and their main goal is to make the guest have the time of their lives …. And so, we DID! I want to give a special thank you to Tamanna our Island Host, she was so helpful and informative and went out of her way to make sure we were HAPPY with our stay. Also, to Thomas in the dining area, who always greeted us with a smile and ready to serve. The live entertainment evening was great, and you felt like dancing the night away. I would love to see the resort entertainment be a bit livelier during the day and early evenings as to align with the themed nights at the Restaurant. Furaveri truly put the MAGIC and romance back into the Maldives for me as we have visited many resorts and have not had the same experience. THANK YOU, to all the amazing staff that made our stay MAGICAL, we already booked our next visit, so see you soon!

We stayed in Furaveri for two days with friends and had a great time.The rooms were amazing! We stayed one night in a beach villa and another in a water villa with a pool. Both experiences were breathtaking, and the sunset from the beach was stunning. The food was exceptional, especially at Rai Villa, where we enjoyed both lunch and dinner—it was simply outstanding. However I was quite disappointed with their customer service. The reservation team and reception staff were unprofessional. Despite multiple follow-ups, there was miscommunication, which affected our experience. On a positive note, the staff at the restaurants and other in-house teams were friendly and efficient, but the front desk and reservations team left much to be desired with their lack of proper responses.

It was a fabulous experience. Had a wonderful and memorable time. The resort is a heavenly experience itself with the most amazing and hospitable staff. Our hotel assistant Tamanna was a very helpful, professional and always there for us. The main restaurant manager Pribin and all other local staff were so polite , extremely hospitable and efficient. Highly Recommended!!!
