年頭住過幾天，兩室一廳的房間感覺還不錯，這次路過又想到這家了，不可思議的發生了:在有房間的情況下給降級安排房間。第一次前台給安排了房間正對洗衣機，沒進房間直接提出換房間，正好負責樓層的小妹在直接帶去看另外的房間，開門一股極其濃郁的煙味，小妹説窗開一會就好。我納悶了，怎麼不能打掃衞生時開一會窗就好？第三間房在隔兩間，有味道，相比還算好一些，我有習慣不過三，就決定這間了。小妹説休息會 等下樓時再去更新卡。。。休整擺開東西后發現房間好小，房間過道衹能走一人，問前台才知道房間降級了，沒有主動告知沒有退差價沒有補救措施，給的處理方式是:我定的房型還有其他房間，如果我願意再換房間。。。挺離譜的衹能説。還有前台的小哥愛答不理的，像是我在求他一樣

在**上刷到的這家酒店（我是和朋友們一起來的），到了地方都已經晚上了，前台小哥哥主動幫忙提行李。酒店房間和圖片一樣漂亮温馨，非常乾淨，床單被罩都是新的，wif也很好，看電影也不卡，洗浴設施也很全，洗髮水很香。環境衞生好，床墊很軟房間的隔音也好，我那麼淺睡的人都可以睡得舒服，最重要的是房間裏面居然放了旅遊服務手冊，這對一個初到福建的人來説，簡直省去了做攻略的時間呀！簡直太讚了！！！而且前台服務態度一如既往地好，有什麼問題打給前台她們會很快速地處理你的問題，辦事效率高，非常滿意!!!! 強行跟朋友安利一波！
